Let's start with the good: the rooms were large, well-equipped, and nice. Unfortunately, the hotel was very greedy; they charged money for everything, and it wasn't cheap. The staff were rude, both the reception staff and the cleaning staff. The hotel is very far from everything and on a hill. The cleanliness leaves a lot to be desired. I often had to call the cleaning staff again because it was dirty. Overall, it was okay, but for the price, it could be much better.

The room a bit dusty. Aircon is not cold. Swimming pool no light closed very early. The restaurant sunset view is very good. Pizza is very delicious.

I booked pool access room on 2nd floor and room is huge. The best thing in this room is just open a balcony, and then you can go to swim. Breakfast is not vareity but its okay still have vegetables fruits eggs & salad. The location is on the hill with a small road and a bit far from Jungclelon Mall in the centre of Patong. Staff is nice and friendly.

Would I stay here again maybe if they give the hotel a little TLC, I never entered the pool because my room was dirty and stains in the Curtains, we checked in and we were told that we didn’t book a room with pool access nor did we have breakfast and I said yes I booked all of the above, his systems says otherwise and I said well I booked and paid for it on @trip.com and I even showed him my voucher and he was so rude that fat guy so rude I wanted to slap him. They said that the hotel is newly renovated but I failed to see where. I am a hospitality manager and the entire time there I wanted to go and help them make some changes even the breakfast omg what a **** show. They could do so much more with less everything there was ****. We had two renovations because we taught we would arrive from Bangkok to Phuket later but we did arrived earlier that expected (we drove) our second reservation I booked a room on the high floor premium room, it was much better than the pool access and it didn’t smell like ****. However again curtain stains and rooms not properly kept again this hotel needs some tlc and I can’t blame the staff because you have there management, everything is too much and crowed sometimes less is more

The room was clean and well-equipped. The staff were friendly and very lovely. I was truly impressed!

20mins walk to the main strip in Patong. Can be difficult to get a tuk tuk into main Patong but no problem getting back. Hotel is nice but need some tlc. Pool area has many chipped tiles and the wooden flooring is broken on many places. Reception were friendly. Breakfast I found very limited. Limited meats, cereals etc. egg and omelette were however available. Overall nice time, but wouldn't rush back

Far too noisy. Too far away from everything. Cannot sleep properly from internal external noise. Staff member on front desk Singh so rude. Breakfast staff are great all smiles and cook a nice breakfast for you

The hotel is good enough for a 3 star hotel.

Terrible level of cleanliness! Terrible service! Remains of poop in the toilet of previous customers and flooding! The manager said I was lying! The cleaner yelled at me because she was upset that the room had to be cleaned! We tried to leave the hotel but they refused to return the money! Flooding in toilets, unclean water, unclean rooms, leakage from the sink and noise in the ceiling of pipes! We got the room dirty and that too after we were changed to a "better" room I asked in advance not to enter my room and I put a do not disturb sign on the door and yet when I was not at the hotel they entered my room and tried to fix the plumbing - unsuccessfully and left residual dirt from a knife and silicone from the sink!! Do not approach this hotel!!!

Booked room with direct pool access, value for money, enjoyable stay.
