This hotel offers a good price deal if you’re looking for an affordable place to leave your stuff and spend the day out. Good views and location but needs to be refurbished as the hotel room looks very old. Administration investment would really help elevate the standards. Staff were friendly too especially the old man at reception.

This is a very old, worn-out hotel that would be hard-pressed to even earn 1 star. The plumbing is terrible; the sink faucet felt like it could fall off at any moment. We even found a cockroach in the shower. The TV on the wall was tiny and ancient. The very old refrigerator rattled loudly all night. The location is good, though, with the old town streets just a 10-minute walk away.

We checked out a day early because the hotel is not great. There was a smell in the room so we changed to another, but the next room had a broken sink which leaked water all over the floor. The toilet seat had stains which I had to wipe before using and the bedding and towels were stained.

Very good location if you are planning to go to their Old town Phuket. Just a walking distance.

Service is excellent I ask if I could get my friend inside to decorate my room to surprise my girlfriend in our anniversary and they let them in. It was inded an spectacular moment when we arrive as my girlfriend were surprised for everything by the way that's our 5th anniversary. After that when we went to sleep I felt the bed was so itchy that I could feel something is biting me. Also the necessity was not complete no toothbrushes and toothpaste there. We can't speak English well, but the hotel staff was very kind. We stayed here very confortable. If I come to phuket again, I want to stay here.

Very close to the old town,fast check in,people in the reception were very friendly. Room was huge with nice view (we had a room in the 10th floor). WiFi and air condition worked great! Great hotel! Such good value for money. Staff were super friendly and helpful and cared for us. Room was massive and clean with shampoo/shower gel, coffee/tea and good AC. Great views from the room. Laundry facilities for 30baht and free tea and coffee in the lobby. Great location. We didn't use the pool as we were busy during the day, but I'd say it's a bit dated but not an issue as we're in the middle of a city. The coffee club next door was a treat. Highly recommend, great price!

Our stay at the hotel for a few days was good. The location of the hotel is very close to the old town. There was a little problem but the girl at the front desk didn't even help us. She doesn't seem to care.
