Excellent！ This is the best resort we ever been. The best villas, best view, best breakfast, best food, best seafood, best services, best team, ver nice people, all is smiling. Smile resort, it is! We all enjoyed this journey a lot. Love it! Especially the GM Oon the best leader! The chef Poon, the nicest gentleman and best cooking! The best housekeeping manager Malee, she cares of everyone, just like our mommy. So nice! The best host Wenjie, taking care of us 24 hours. And they prepared very nice birthday room and best coconut cake, it is the best cake I ever had. 这是我们去过那么多国家，觉得最棒的酒店了，不管是别墅内装饰、食物、环境、卫生、服务、安全性、人，一切都是那么棒！太爱这个度假村了！在这里度过了最轻松、愉快、放心的假期！酒店团队还贴心帮忙布置了生日场景，做了最好吃的椰子蛋糕！太棒了！大家如果来到，一定要试试他们的海鲜和椰子蛋糕，简直不要太棒了！超五星级服务！超五星级水准！而且价格还不贵！性价比超高！强烈推荐！

It was decent But you should include breakfast and dinner when booking once you go there is everything g expensive

One of my best stays in my south east asia trip. The resort literally had everyone - its own private beach, restaurants, pier, boat transfer and the i loved the pool so much especially from room access. Level of service is impeccable as they would address all of our concerns perfectly. My only recommendation is to improve the Italian Restaurant, it is too expensive and the quality of the food doesn't match the price. Carbonara was too saulty and the salad was so bland.

Most of the staff were quite friendly. However, one lady on the front desk seemed to have a bit of an attitude and answered some questions like I was asking what is 2+2. Me and my girlfriend came late and there was nothing to buy as everything was closed. I saw other people have this problem too. You would think they would at least have a vending machine at the front desk but there really is nothing when the shop is closed. The beach is small and kinda ugly. You will find much better in other areas of Phuket. The swimming pool around the rooms was quite nice, as was the bigger one with the bar. However, they stopped serving drinks at 8 and you can't swim past 9 which is far too early. I and another guest banged our legs on a black and glass table by the pool that was so badly placed and not well lit. The room itself was quite good and as advertised. They take advantage of you not having other options by making everything overpriced. The cheapest massage was 3500 bht and the same one can be done for 500 or less somewhere else. Taking a boat from Laem hin pier was not so great. There is zero life around the pier. It is dark and dingy and could be a little scary going there for some as it is so out of the way. We took the boat provided by the hotel back. This was much better. However, they took our bags and expected them to put on the same boat with us. Nobody told us they had sent them ahead. They were waiting for us but I think it would be so easy for someone to take them from the pier. Once at the pier you are also on your own. The representative quoted the same price as the scam taxis so you must find your own if you want to save money.

My experience at The Island Escape by Burasari was absolutely delightful. From the punctual speedboat pickup to the extremely friendly and helpful hotel staff, every aspect of the stay was remarkable. The island’s stunning beauty complements the hotel’s brilliant design, particularly the main pool that overlooks the sea and features a swim-up bar reminiscent of movie scenes. The view from the pool of other tropical islands adds to the allure, creating a private paradise that is both tranquil and beautiful. The beach offers a serene escape, further enhancing the feeling of being in a personal paradise. Another highlight is the Splash zone pool, offering tranquility and direct access for those staying in pool swim-up rooms. My garden room, located a mere minute’s walk from the splash pool, provided convenience and comfort, nestled close to the well-maintained, jungle-like gardens of the resort. For mobility around the resort, requesting a buggy from the reception proved easy and efficient, with a short wait time for those patient enough. Walking around the resort is a pleasure in itself, thanks to the pristine gardens that evoke a sense of being in a tropical, well-maintained jungle. Important Considerations: Booking this resort requires the right mindset. It’s a haven for relaxation rather than exploration or experiencing local culture, such as markets and temples. Expectations for food and drink prices should be adjusted as they are closer to Western standards, albeit still affordable. Those looking to explore will find limited activities outside the resort, except for a few restaurants located 5 to 15 minutes away. However, venturing out allows for enjoying local Thai food at more traditional prices, around 120 baht, providing a taste of local culture within reach.

The best hotel experience in my life! Everything was perfect! Will definitely come back again with my wife!

One thing that is absolutely exceptional about this place is the friendliness and service of the staff! Everyone and I mean EVERYONE is incredibly friendly and helpful. The place is beautiful, the Spa is amazing, the drinks at the pool bar are great, the breakfast is amazing, but the restaurant is a little pricey. Special thanks to an employee by the name of Thum, who was extremely helpful to me and my partner to organize and reserve trips that were off the island as well

We stayed just for 2 nights and we definitely will be back…amazing breakfast/ staff / gym/ pools/ beachfront…for family’s with kids who loves the water and sand a heaven.
