Skyview Resort Phuket Patong Beach Reviews

I chose this hotel for its convenience and, most importantly, its proximity to Patong Beach. The staff's kindness and thoughtful consideration were truly impressive. I was very satisfied with my comfortable and pleasant stay for five nights. The only minor drawback is its location on a steep hill; while not far, walking was difficult, requiring transportation by car. It would have been a great help if the hotel offered more frequent shuttle bus services. Overall, I had a very restful stay.

We were there early but only able to check in the afternoon. We then left our luggage with the reception and went out, and came back in the evening to check in. We appreciate they were able to look after the luggage while we were out. We have also rented a bike and was able to have free parking in the hotel. Toothbrushes and shampoos were not in the toilet, we called the house keeping and they were fast to send it to our room. Breakfast was not a buffet, we were to order from the menu. The breakfast is really good! Overall the stay is very nice and comfortable.

Excellent hotel The hotel manager Bow and her team are amazing throughout my stay in the hotel. The location of the hotel is far from the noises of the surrounding area. There is a scheduled shuttle with clear information in the front desk. Amazing stay and would stay agin in my next visit. 👍🏻

The experience was subpar. On the first day, I arrived early and checked in early. Due to the room not being ready yet, we were told to wait for 15 minutes; however, after more than 30 minutes, when I checked with them again, they told me it was ready and led us to the room. Once in the room, I felt that the room was not thoroughly clean. The bedsheet has a bit of a stain on it. When we called to check if we were able to change the bedsheet, they said housekeeping ended work at 5 pm and suggested giving an extra blanket to cover the stained bedsheet first and changing the next day. Overall, the staff are very friendly, but the hotel room is on the old side, and the location was a bit remote as well.

Excellent, but their problem is the delivery service. The place is very high and tiring to go down to the supermarket when you have to.

Well maintained hotel, nothing to say, the only problem is that I had a room that had a slight musty smell when I entered, I think it was due to the air conditioning which wasn't really bothersome, otherwise nothing to say about the whole thing, varied breakfast, decent gym compared to others, I will happily return, it's worth the price.

The hotel is on the mountain, but it is very convenient. There is a 7-11 convenience store at the intersection. You can ask the hotel to help rent a motorcycle and they will deliver it to your door. The hotel service is very good and the environment is quiet, suitable for vacation.

The hotel breakfast is very delicious, the staff is very friendly, the room is very big, the only downside is that the bedding is a bit old
