Everything’s quite fine for me, just the bath tub is not working properly. Staffs able to handle quick cleaning enough for the mistake.

Good locaton, easily to walk to the beach and some rooms got a beach view. Staff was very kind. Parking was plenty. Comfort bed.

I do not share such ardent enthusiasm for this hotel. The cost is far from budget, the price does not match the quality at all:(The stench of dampness and mold, plus sewage. The furniture is pretty old, and there are huge dirty spots on the refrigerator. The sheets are in holes. A separate story is the curtains: torn in a sieve)) Thank God they didn't take breakfast. The main representatives at the hotel are Russians.

No hot water is always a deal breaker for me! Main shower head also wasn’t working and the drain was severely clogged room 222

The hotel is not too far a walk away from the beach and many restaurants and bars. The staff was super warm and welcoming, and they were able to cater to my requests without hesitation. They're easily some of the nicest hotel staff ive ever had the joy of meeting. I was lucky enough to be checked in way ahead of the check-in time. The room was clean and had all the amenities needed. They even provided me with a clothing iron. The hotel also provides beach towels and a beach bag for when you want to go to the beach, which was a lifesaver. I didn't personally try the pool, but it did look inviting. I would definitely go here again.

Really lovely hotel, good value for money. Located conveniently in short 5 minutes walk from Kata beach and 10 minutes from less crowded Kata Noi. A bit uphill, but the climb is short and not difficult at all. A few nice Thai food cafes and European-like Two Chefs with the best burgers nearby, also a Family Mart and good massage (Tum Rub) just a couple of steps from the hotel. Things we loved about the hotel: awesome design, real king-size bed (but it's hard and not everyone loves that), cozy sofa. No unpleasant smells from the sewer, decent wi-fi (enough for video conference calls and remote work) and air conditioner that does its job extremely well. Also: most welcoming personnel ever! Coffee on call service is the best :) Things we found less pleasant: the hotel isn't brand new and it starts showing in small details like lime-covered tap in the bathroom or dented basement of the sofa. The bathrooms aren't completely separated from the rooms, you'll hear every sound and smell every bad smell. The hotel building is located next to a busy road, so it could bother you if you're a light sleeper. The cleanliness isn't perfect and they changed our linen maybe once a week. The shower, though hot, was weak (no hope to wash out sand from your hair). I also can't quite recommend the restaurant in the hotel, the food is expensive and you wait for it for ages. Although the breakfast seemed to have lots of varieties and looked decent enough. All in all, there are some downsides, but overall it's a good place to stay.

It was raining on the day we checked in, so we couldn't go anywhere. Most of the time we stayed in the hotel. Most of the staff were Burmese, and there were a few Thais. We were upgraded to pool access, so we could go straight into the pool. The room was suitable for couples. The room wasn't very big, and the hotel itself wasn't very big. The breakfast wasn't very good, and wasn't delicious at all. The bread was hard and the food was bland.

Breakfasts are good, coffee is very tasty, there is always soup, eggs to choose from, rice, sausages, ham, cheese, fruits, vegetables, regular and Thai sweets, there are cereals. There is always something to eat and stay full and happy. The room has a large double bed (or two single beds) and a sofa, on which an adult can easily fit. Each room has a balcony with chairs and a table. The room has a refrigerator, kettle, mugs and glasses, plus tea and coffee in bags. They give out towels for the beach plus a beach bag and a large mat, in case of rain there are two umbrellas. In the bathroom - soap, gel and shampoo. Toothpaste and toothbrushes are not given. There is a separate shower and bath (there is no shower head in the bath). The water drains well, the pressure is good, there was always hot water. The air conditioner works properly, only a little noisy, you can leave it on when leaving the room. Yes, the partition between the bathroom and the room itself lets in all the sounds, it will be hard for romantics))), but this way the bathroom is much better ventilated and dries. They clean like everywhere else, superficially, but it is quite enough for us. Towels are changed periodically, bed linen - every other day. Every day they give out 2 bottles of water. The hotel has scales for weighing luggage. The elevator works. The staff is responsive and friendly, before departure they printed out boarding passes without any problems. Excellent clean refreshing pool. There is a small fitness room, a little tired, but if you want to work out - ok. There are separate showers and toilets from the street. The location of the hotel is excellent, located on a small rise up the hill. It takes 3-5 minutes to get to Kata Beach. It's a little further to Kata Noi, about 7 minutes, with descents, ascents and stairs, but it's not too stressful, it's less crowded and cleaner, but there's little shade, just a couple of trees, the rest are sun loungers. 2 sun loungers and an umbrella cost 200 baht as of August 2024. There are many cafes and restaurants nearby, 7/11 is very close, a couple of fruit stands (mango 60 baht per kg.) You can eat very close and tasty in SkaBar, the price for Thai food is reasonable 80-150 baht per dish, the portions are large, a large menu for every taste. Excellent view of the beach and the sea. A little further away there is a place with street food Pad Thai by maprang, something like a market, you order food there, sit down at any free table. They bring food, you can come here with your own drinks and alcohol, or buy it here. Everywhere in the cafe the price for beer starts from 100 baht per bottle, in 7/11 - 60 baht. Exchange offices are also nearby, the best rate was towards 7/11 in the third from the hotel, it is across the road. I recommend the hotel.

The daily cleaning is not done seriously. The garbage bag of snacks was left on the table for several days and was not cleaned until I left the hotel. The room facilities are relatively old. The location is halfway up the hill and it is not far from the beach. It is economical, but the experience is average and the hotel is relatively small.
