Kamala Beach Estate Phuket

Outstanding property stayed in room M1L which is ground floor facing the private beach. The villa is 2 bedroom with a very well equipped kitchen, it really had everything you could possibly need. The resort is at the end of the main beach in kamala, which makes it ideal location for reaching the main shopping and restaurants etc, but also wonderfully quiet, you really do feel like you can relax and get away from it all. With the outside patio area surrounded by flowers it feels very private, a real home from home if you want it to be.

I had a peaceful and relaxing trip with my family to Kamala Beach Estate. The privacy was excellent, and what stood out the most was the kind staff. K.Halimah or K.Wan, the receptionist, was especially wonderful, taking good care of us and offering advice throughout our stay. I'm certain we'll be returning in the future.

Very beautiful and quite place ,lovely staff I’m so appreciate with the price that I paid Easy for shopping because big c supermarket just nearby hotel ,all street food very easy to find around Kamala beach just 5 minutes from hotel by walk .

I recently stayed at kamala beach estate resort , and unfortunately, my experience was soured by the behavior of the general manager (MADS DANESDE). Throughout my stay, the general manager was rude, dismissive, racist and unprofessional. When I had a problem at my villa , they seemed annoyed and inconvenienced by my request for assistance. Additionally, when I brought up some concerns about the AC of my Villa , the general manager was defensive and dismissive, making me feel like my concerns were not valid. Overall, my experience was greatly impacted by the negative behavior of the general manager. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a pleasant and welcoming stay.

General manager Mads Danesde displayed disrespectful, potentially racist behavior, ignored complaints, and made threats during our hotel stay. Strongly recommend immediate action, such as termination, to address his conduct and ensure a better experience for future guests.

Arrived really excited as by far the most expensive room/ hotel of the trip and expecting something special. Pool area is beautiful and drinks by pool reasonably priced if you can find someone to make them. Room not ready until 2pm which was fine but disappointed to be led to a room with a fully covered balcony so in shade all the time . On first sight all seemed ok but room pretty dirty and the bathroom absolutely stunk of drains and room in need of overhaul . Space where I assume dishwasher or washing machine should be a dirty gap In the kitchen and lots of dust and cobwebs as room clearly old and definitely in need of an update. You may be lucky as rooms further down had great sea/ beach view ( which we paid extra for) but with the room we were given being down two flights of steps and lots of foliage hard to see the view . We did ask to change room but only garden view available and it would appear the best sea view rooms are privately owned. Don't be fooled by the pictures online as assume they are either refurbished rooms or from some time ago. We did also ask for something to deal with awful smell in bathroom and were given a can of air freshener- reception did not seem shocked at complaint so assume known problem Second day room not serviced as only one person to clean whole resort but we did manage after chasing twice to get clean towels and bins emptied. Having stayed in cheaper and much cleaner places in Thailand and Phuket I would say it was a disappointment and expected much better. My recommendation would be to look elsewhere until maybe all apartments have been upgraded.

very beautiful and quiet place, superb view very nice and helpful staff I come back as soon as I can. The cleanliness is exceptional, super friendly maintenance staff, accessible near the shops and the beach, it changes tourist factories, stay as you are, it's exceptional thank you see you soon

The resort has a very relaxed, calming feel to it and the selection of pools (and private beach!) were always peaceful. The resort is in good walking distance (10-15 mins) from the seafront where there are many places to eat. Our apartment was lovely and clean and we had an amazing view with the best sunsets over the sea! All the staff were very friendly and helpful, especially the lovely lady at reception. Out of the four places we stayed in Thailand, this was by far our favourite!

We booked a room and got an appartement. Breakfast with sea-view, 7 min to Kamala Beach, 10 min. to restaurants and shops. Appartement in a beautiful garden-area, two bedrooms, large living room, bathroom und complete kitchen, terrasse to the sea, in front of a small beach area, only get in during flood with watershoes. We enjoyed very much
