Its worst room i have been ever i did not stay more then 2 hours because of mosquito and lizard in room i request them to give room near to lift she gave me last room by lift … please trip.com refund my money

There are no slippers provided, there is no toothbrush provided, smelly towel, only one charger port, bed is soft, only 1 dustbin in toilet and the shower room door only one, flooded shower floor.

Great hotel for the price. You have laundry right outside and all the amenities. Don't expect too much for the hotel itself. Although, the staff is very helpful. Expect some rain to come in the room even if the door is closed. Despite all this, I did enjoy the stay and would recommend it.

Good location, close to everything, hotel staff doesn't understand English very well, but still provided courteous service, small pool, room needs renovation

Fantastic location, a lot of nice food nearby. Very happening at night. Simple place to spend the night if you are not going to spend much time in the hotel. Amenities are decent

The location is a little bit far from the activities, and when I went on the first day the gave me a very bad room which is different than what I requested, then I asked to get me what I requested from the app they let me wait for another day and then they gave me better room but still there was no queen bed as I requested, the put a double bed together and wasn't comfortable at all, the service room entering the room while I have not been notice and that raising an issue if something missed, the need to ask for permission before entering the rooms to make sure the valuable things not being missed, I wouldn't suggest this hotel to anyone.

Strategy location , just 7-8 min walk to shopping mall , bangla , Patong beach . Love the Wi-Fi speed of hotel , is fast like rocket.

This hotel has a nice room but I had to endure euro pop and Thai girls screaming from the dive bar below until Almost 2am and all day. I did not sleep well at all. I also have to say that the staff didn’t really say hello and were not very friendly which I have never experienced before in Thailand. The pool is across the street is in the shade and needs new decking. Don’t bother!

I liked their manners and behavior and the hotel was clean enough. But they didn't provide toothpaste which I really needed. But other's good

No lif..u must use stairs.. so my room at level 4.. with my luggage huhu very make me feel execise.. but the room so nice big n clean.. as pic as good
