Excellent hotel location. Friendly staff. They offer a good massage on the ground floor, I recommend trying it. 3 minutes walk to the beach. The beach is good. A few people. The area itself is small. Opposite the hotel there is a good cafe with tasty and inexpensive food. But after 9-10 everything in the area closes, including the only grocery store, where prices are slightly higher than at 7/11 We stayed for 2 nights and that was enough to get to know the area and the beach. If it’s longer, it will be boring, since there is nothing nearby for entertainment except a park with elephants

The room is clean and tidy, quiet, of suitable size, with an external balcony and no elevator. It is suitable to stay for one night as a layover. The first floor is a massage shop for tourists who like massage. Opposite is the Pullman Hotel.

Proximity to the sea, large room, but near the road and noise is heard from motorcycles, they come to clean at lunchtime, when you want to take a break from the heat, although you can do it from the morning until 12 or after 16 o'clock! They provide water every day and place it at the door, which is good.

I can't really complain because the accommodation fee is cheap, but it would have been great if the cleanliness could have been improved a little more. The location is great as it's close to the beach. However, there is no elevator, so people in rooms on the top floor (4th floor) have a hard time going up with their suitcases.

The Naithon Beach Mansion and the Naithon Beach Residence belong to Mr. Chusak. Both accommodations can be booked via ************. We had booked an apartment in the residence through ************ and, based on our local knowledge, we personally agreed with Mr. Chusak to get a specific room in a specific accommodation. Everything was promised and confirmed, nothing was kept. The booked room was occupied and the replacement offer was inadequate. We were left on the street. Be careful: As it later turned out, this is Mr. Chusak's scam. Rooms are confirmed but are not available at all and he then hopes to be able to rent out inferior accommodation for the same price when he arrives out of necessity. ************ unfortunately didn't take care of it either, a more than bad experience!!

Pleasantly surprised by the hotel. Very friendly and helpful staff. The sea is right next to the hotel, first line. Everything you need is also at the hotel. I would like to note the cleanliness of the rooms and cleaning. Beautiful beach. Suitable for a relaxing family holiday. Our family is delighted!

This hotel is a 3-5 minute walk to Naithon Beach. This is a very quiet and peaceful beach, just south of Phuket Airport. Unfortunately (or fortunately, depending on how you look at it) the government clamped down on the beach chair and umbrella operators, so you need to buy cheap mats and umbrellas somewhere in this small village - from a small mall Best price. The appearance of the hotel itself is not impressive, but the rooms are quite large and modern, with flat-screen TVs, refrigerators, in-room safes, etc. The room rate includes breakfast, but it only has toast, jam, juice, coffee and a small plate of fresh fruit. It would be very difficult to find a better room in Naithon without paying more than double the price.
