My room has no windows, the balcony is facing the house next door, there is no sunlight, and the smell of toast wafts into the room at night, which is very strong. The bath water is not hot and the flow is not strong. There is garbage outside the balcony, it is unsanitary, and there are many mosquitoes at night. The waiters have a good attitude, but their English is very poor. Overall, it is a hotel with average living experience.

Phupara is a wonderful stay as the hotel provides daily house keeping, amenities at the front desk, and great comfort. For a 2 Star hotel it’s one of the best in phuket.
