Hotel location is very good, can walk the whole area of Old Town in about 20/30mins. Very convenient to move around and has a small driveway for pick up and drop off so you’re not waiting on the main road. Room walls are very thin, we got a room next to the car park entrance and could hear every single person that enters and exits. Room is very spacious and had lots of empty space for luggage. But for the price is a good hotel and I would still stay again.

Hotel is clean, safe and very close to the main road. The room's spacious, although it's a bit dark. Didn't check out the facilities but the pool is gorgeous. Fun fact: This hotel used to be a shopping mall, so there's quite an interesting history here. It's also walkable to the night market which takes place on Sundays and plenty of cafes / restaurants around the area too.

Hotel is clean and near to most tourist attractions. Room is spacious as well One day the lift is out of service and they provided us buggy service to our room. Overall great service and pleasant stay 👍🏻

The staff were friendly and accommodating here. The room was clean and was sufficient for the price. The pool is nice and the location of the hotel is excellent. I would definitely recommend staying here to others. Nice hotel

Decent hotel with good location. However a lot of things can be improved - water is no heated well, flush doesn’t work properly and window is not tinted where people who do construction can see us clearly. Overall, not satisfied that much

Stop looking guys and just book this one, I spent ages researching the area and this hotel is perfectly located. It's spotlessly clean, aircon is fab, staff are so welcoming and freindly. Some great cafes, restaurants & bars nearby. Sunday Market is 200mtrs away. And the swimming pool with comfortable beds were so inviting after a long day wandering the hot streets of Old Town Phuket.

Everything was as expected; free parking, polite service, clean and spacious rooms, and excellent location. Honestly, insane value for money.

Clean hotel with bare minimum in the room. Breakfast was limited but sufficient. Decent location walkable to Sunday market in Phuket town.

The room was spacious for 2! Bed could fit 3 people actually! Had lots of space in the room to put luggages & had eating corners as well with tables and chairs

This is an outstanding hotel in what used to be Phuket's first shopping mall! It is right in the heart of Old Town Phuket so you can walk to the Sunday market, a ton of restaurants, coffee shops, and shopping. The hotel is also close to museums, On On Hotel (where quite a few films have been made), and scooter rental facilities. Regarding the facilities, the rooms were excellent - clean, great beds (we stayed here twice actually - at the beginning of our trip and the end of our trip), an awesome pool, and a wonderful resident cat who will visit you while you swim.
