One of the oldest hotels in Phuket Island having been established in the 70s, walking distance to the old town and eateries. Has been refurbished. The buffet breakfast is simple yet delicious. Overall a good stay.

Great location with plenty of shops and amenities nearby. The room was a bit small, but it was excellent value for money.

Almost a posh hotel for an affordable price. The lobby already exudes a premium feel. Room was clean, table and chair for me to do my work, and toilet was clean with minimal smell. Location was perfect, 10 min walk to the sunday walking street, couple of restaurants and massage ＜5 min walk. Theres a pool too although it is a bit small, more for dipping and relaxing than doing laps. Sunbathing chairs available. Cons (more FYI than nitpicking): my room was on the lower floor and there were bright lights outside + constant humming of A/C or pumps from outside as the windows were not sealed/ soundproof. The beds roll away too easily (had roller wheels) and the mattress is kinda bouncy. Shower head is permanently fixed to the wall. Breakfast is buffet style but average. I would definitely book again if I come back to phuket town. 9.9/10 for the price

Perfect Stay in the Heart of Phuket Old Town I had an excellent stay at Pearl Hotel Phuket! The location is absolutely perfect—right in the heart of Phuket Old Town, making it so easy to explore all the nearby attractions, charming streets, and local markets. The room was spotlessly clean and very comfortable. I had a few special requests before arrival, and the team fulfilled everything perfectly, which made my stay even more enjoyable. The staff were incredibly friendly, kind, and always willing to help with a warm smile. Breakfast was another highlight! It offered a great mix of authentic Thai dishes and European options, all fresh and very delicious—perfect to start the day. This hotel is ideal for a short stay if you want to discover the beauty and culture of Phuket Old Town. Highly recommended!

Hotel is newly renovated but some of the items inside the room is quite old like the bed frame. Luckily I am just an average weight. Location is perfect for those who just want to walk around and explore the area. There’s a lot of restaurants & cafe nearby but my most favourite is the nearby spa. The service is good, especially at the restaurant and those who tidy up the rooms. The only downside is the check-in process which takes super long. Early check-in is impossible. Arrived 10minutes earlier and declined for check-in because the room is not ready. I tried to check-in again around 14:06 and was declined again. Luckily my thai friend is there to help me talk with the reception and viola they have the available room for me instantly. As for the amenities there’s an outdoor swimming pool and I am sure they can still improve the cleanliness of it. They offer free coffee and tea but there’s no kettle/water heater available in the room. Lucky for me I don’t take hot drinks so it’s fine. But overall my stay is good.

Not that bad but the workers are too slow and doesnt understand english that well soo it was hard to explain our situation.

The price is very good, the location is also OK, there are many restaurants nearby.

Upon checking in, the room had no power. I had to go down to the reception and the fat lady demanded that I need to pay first. I told her it was paid via credit card through trip.com but she insisted otherwise. Finally she realized her mistake and then the power to my room was turned on. The staff needs to be re-trained or fired.

The best service goes to cleaning lady . The worst service goes to reception upon checked in , Not even inform any information like you can just sign register and get a key card that very difficult to get for 2 people . My friend , she come back at night time was looking for reception but no one there . Only security at the front door even she was asking since the afternoon for another keys but they let some staff open the door instead of giving her another one .

Very basic and budget hotel. You get what you pay for. Tip: buy the room that cost the most and available not the cheapest room

Amazing location to old town. The room could have been cleaner. Staff were friendly and helpful. We got this hotel at a special reduced rate so it was an absolute bargain. Can recommend
