The hotel is simple, but its location is fantastic, right on the beachfront with direct access to a wide beach. We didn't notice any significant low tides, even though they do occur. You can walk along the beach in both directions. You can hear airplanes, but it's not bothersome; in fact, you can even get some great photos. Sun loungers are a bit pricey at 300 baht. There are restaurants right on the sand, one after another. The best food we had was actually at the hotel's own restaurant. Step out the main entrance, and you're on a street with all the amenities you'd expect. By the way, there's a good massage parlor at the hotel. A convenient market is not far away. Everything in the hotel itself is clean, with daily housekeeping and towel changes, and beach towels are provided. The staff are friendly and ready to help if needed. I recommend both the beach and this hotel for its value for money. I stayed for 3 nights, but could have happily stayed longer.

Great location right on the beach. The only downside is the price; at 1000 baht, it would be an absolutely fantastic option. We paid around 7,000 rubles per night, which is a bit expensive. On the positive side, it's a beachfront property with three separate beds.

Friendly reception, clean room with basic utilities. Near beach, restaurants, shops, and not far from airport. But for staying with children probably missing pool, that’s why 4/5

I was just at Naiyang Discovery less than year ago and they have upgrade slightly again. My last stay had me on the first floor which I felt was dingy and dark. This stay had me on the 2nd floor and that gave me a whole new feel- lots of light and air. They also opened up a small ice cream shop on the lobby floor. I feel this may be the last time I stay here. There are other hotels in the Naiyang area that are not in this very congested part yet still close to the restaurants around here.

10 mins from airport is the best choice. The room was spacious and clean. With toiletries and bottles of water. There were a fridge too. Sea side with restorants on the beach and massages. Walking distance there is a 7-eleven, pharmacy.

Staff look a bit shy and quiet. Booked a Family Room with 3 beds and got room 6 on 2nd floor next to the stairs. Direct beach and restaurant are at the back of the resort. At night they and resorts nearby have dinner tables so the beach is lit and lively. Early in the morning they don’t set up yet so it’s very good to walk, run and exercise there. They’re having a renovation. Room 6 had very strong paint smell. Water faucets are usable so they don’t change yet. Hose spray for toilet is on the right and you will twist your body to hang it on the left. Coffee making table, clothes cabinet and safe box are inside the bathroom with walls to separate. Drain hole is near the wall of the toilet so when we shower, the toilet room is wet too. Wall mount shower gel and shampoo. Bring your tooth brush set as most places in Thailand don’t give. Water drains slow a bit but not clogged. Other rooms on ground floor are being renovated also. It’s a small resort in the shape of a town house and they have a small lane to walk to the beach. Next to that lane are 3 or 4 guest rooms on ground floor. If you need the best room, it’s on 2nd floor at the end and you have 2 large beds, a separate large room with microwave, table with 4 chairs at the balcony overlooking the beach. Other guests can walk to this balcony too. View is the sea and the roof of the beach front restaurant. Room 6 has a table & 2 chairs outside the room so when you smoke and eat, expect to see other guests walking pass. Tops convenience store is on the other side of the street. Many shops, restaurants and food stalls on this street. The resort is at the end of this small beach town & next to the National Park. Walking about 30 minutes towards the park direction, we saw a tiny coral islet and we crossed the coral underwater way from main beach to that islet. Wear aqua shoes as it’s impossible to walk with bare feet. Water level is around waist line. The main beach has a strip of sand running towards that tiny islet and the other side has high sand. Very beautiful sunset. If you want to do that, go before 4pm because when it’s dark (after 6pm, mid October), there is almost no light in that zone and water starts to raise higher which means it’s more difficult to walk back from the tiny islet. The walk is short with strong waves. Water is warm.

We arrived late evening and get our room easily.This was the room for 4 people with two big beds and nice furniture.The toilet and shower room was spacious and clean .it was a big fridge at the room.next day we asked about to check out later 1,5 hour and reception lady give us later check out for f4ee.

I'll try to be objective. I chose a hotel two days before my flight, so my options were limited, but I really wanted to get to this beach. It used to be quite deserted, but things have certainly changed. So, the big pros: -Proximity to the beach (you step out of your room and find yourself immediately on a stunning beach and a stunning sea). - Overall, a beautiful place, despite the increasing tourist flow in this area. If you go left, you'll find a picturesque island, and if you go right, you'll take stunning photos with planes landing in the background. There's a functioning Buddhist temple nearby. - Nearby, there are all sorts of shops and cafes for every taste and budget, as well as a night market. -Compared to Patong, it's quite uncrowded (for now). Recommended for families with children. Cons (I'll note right away that I stayed in one room, so the overall picture may be different in other rooms): -When the hotel says there's a window in the room, they're being disingenuous... it would be better if there wasn't one at all, because it only opens about 30 centimeters, and that's onto the stairs and a piece of dirty fence, and at night, there are sounds going on behind it. Some local squabbles with heart-wrenching screams. Sleeping is so-so, of course... - Renovations are underway in the neighboring rooms, so stepping and jumping over piles of construction materials and dirty puddles is not very comfortable. - The linens and furniture are worn out... well, have some respect for the guests, for this price, at least change the blankets... - Glass front door... I, a healthy guy, probably don't mind it much, but it might be uncomfortable for girls... - The shower drains poorly, flooding the floor ankle-deep, both near the toilet and the sink.... - The soundproofing is simply unreal... it's like being in the same room with neighbors... - Overall, it's a bit dirty and unkempt. You walk down the hallway and everything around you is scattered, unkempt, etc.... The receptionists tried their best, but I still have a negative feeling after my stay. Maybe it will be better after the renovation.

The room is spacious and clean, the location is great, right by the sea, and it's easy to find food. There's a convenience store right in front.

The hotel has a fantastic location. It's very close to the airport and less than a minute's walk to the beach, making it perfect for playing and relaxing by the sea. There are plenty of convenience stores and restaurants nearby, as well as a lively and fun night market. The sea is calm and shallow, perfect for children to play in. The downsides are: there's no washing machine in the hotel, the shower water temperature is low, and the drainpipes are clogged, causing water to overflow into the toilet.

The room is not big, but very clean, with a small window. The temperature of the shower water and the air conditioning are very suitable. It is very close to the beach. Turn left when you go out and you will see the beach. There are also many restaurants and snacks nearby. There is a convenience store opposite, which makes shopping very convenient. The hotel staff are very enthusiastic and actively help answer our questions. Recommended to stay

First line. A decent hotel for a couple of nights' stay after a flight. Everything is close by.

Not a bad little hotel, right by the sea, comfortable beds, a room with a sea view is absolutely beautiful, opposite the Tops hotel.
