Rawai Palm Beach Resort

Very near to Rawai Beach...Need to walk around 600m to Phuket smart bus station

My son and I stayed at Rawaii Palm Beach Resort for a month. Our stay was very pleasant. It is a great place for families . My so met lots of kids to play with. The staff was very friendly and always willing to help. The only problem we had staying there was the WiFi connection didn’t always work properly in our room. The manager quickly sent someone from IT to try to resolve the problem. I definitely would stay again.

We booked a deluxe family room with pool view and the room was spacious and well equipped. All staff was friendly and welcoming. We really like the pool area as it’s big, spacious and offers lots of loungers, some in more private spots than other, providing an opportunity to relax or get away from the noise. The breakfast was good, lots of different options. Walking distance (less than 5 min) to Rawai beach and lots of bars and restaurants. The resort offers free shuttle to and from Nai Harn beach. One thing to note: it’s advertised as a family friendly resort, however, there are lots of stairs which can be unpractical with a stroller.

Great location in Rawai Bay, 2min walk from the beach. Amazing pool, accessible right from the room on the first floor. Huge room but with slightly outdated furniture. Breakfast quality can be improved (decent variety but not amazing quality). Very kind staff.

The breakfast offered a variety of options, including both local and international dishes. While the beach near the hotel is not ideal for swimming, it’s just a short drive to some of the most beautiful beaches in Phuket, like Nai Harn and Ya Nui. Overall, Rawai Palm Beach Resort is a fantastic place for families or couples seeking a quiet and relaxing getaway. I would definitely recommend it to others and look forward to coming back.
