The location is not bad, 10 min away from Kamala beach, hotel equipment looks like old, other restaurants and bars are near to the hotel.

Very dirty and unsanitary, torn towels and stained sheets however the receptionist was willing to help the situation and provided us with 2 new sheets and towels (that were again stained and torn) I do not recommend this hotel unless you don’t care about cleanliness and just want a place to sleep… the AC was broken as well so the whole night we were sweating. We only stayed for 1 night and checked out on the next morning and we are having a bit of trouble getting the refund for the nights we didn’t use

The hotel itself is old. It looks terrible. Everything inside needs to be updated. Now everything is in order:
1. The towels were old. They may be clean but full of holes.
2. The bed may have been clean. But I found hair on it and all the bed linen was stained.
3. The water in the bottle was opened.
4. The jars of shower gel were half empty. Apparently all the remains were collected.
5. The mattress rolls up into a boat. Well it's still tolerable
6. The toilet tank leaks when flushed. The shelf is wobbly. The mirror looks like it's moldy.
7. And of course sleepless nights. There was a bar next to our room. On the second night we went there. By the way, the bar is not bad. Compared to the hotel 😀

3. While we were walking, they cleaned up our place. And they brought another bottle of water.

I stayed here one night as part of my 2022 north - south road trip. I chose it because it had parking which I found was challenging when staying at inexpensive guest houses or hotels in the neighborhood. Anyway, this place is really grotty and dated. At a walk-in rate of 700 THB it only warrants two dots on a good day. Oddly enough, I was the only guest staying here. On a positive note, the front desk staff was very friendly and the air-conditioning worked fine.
