My room was nice and clean, and the hotel is in a perfect location, close to everything in Patong. Unfortunately, I was given a joined room with a locked door connecting to the next room. my stay was completely ruined by the guests next door. They were extremely loud late at night and early in the morning while I was trying to sleep. There was also a strong cigarette smell coming into my room, and even worse, I could clearly hear *** ****** through the wall. I wore earplugs, but they didn’t help at all. I called reception and even banged on the wall to warn them, but they did not quiet down at all. The noise continued and became an absolute nightmare. I barely got any sleep. The room and location are good, but soundproofing is terrible, and noise control by the hotel is very poor. If you’re a light sleeper or value peace and rest, I do not recommend staying here.

Love the location of the hotel. Smack in the middle of the town, but far from noises (just a bit of noise from the boxing stadium but quiet after 12am). Room was comfortable for 2. they take 2000baht cash depo per room tho, just I thought was too much (they don’t take credit card). The water heater also keeps going too hot and cold.

Exceptional service from the minute we walked in, to the minute we left. The staff are warm and welcoming and will help you with any enquiries. Front of house staff were always professional and friendly no matter the time of day. Not a single fault for any of them Breakfast (Halal) was always spot on and they offer you an omelette or scrambled eggs with whatever additional ingredient they have available. It’s enough to start your day. The hotel is in a prime location, Junceylon mall is literally 2 min away by walk and Patong Beach is roughly 10 mins if you walk down the road ahead where the restaurant “Oggi” is. (Which I highly recommend) 11/10 Thank you Phuket!!

Pros: Good location it’s a couple of minutes walk to bangla and the beach. Very clean: cleaned everyday unless you ask them not to. Staff: friendly and helpful Room: spacious rooms, I had some specific requests and they were all fulfilled. Check in: I had an early flight and they let me check in early. Cons: At night you can hear everything from the rooms next to you The door: when someone’s knocks on the door next to your room it sounds as if they knocking at your door which can be very annoying at night when you sleeping especially if you’re a light sleeper like me. The don’t have room service for anything: so you have to go downstairs everytime of you need an iron or want to borrow a beach towel. Not so bad just a little bit inconvenient. That’s all , overall good hotel. I would recommend and I’ll definitely stay here again. I loved it.

The hotel is rather new, the ambience gives a good feeling and the atmosphere at the reception is friendly welcoming. It is a place with unique qualities and decor. Breakfast is good, fewer guests opted for it, it's value exceeded those outside the hotel. Close to shops, cafes, restaurants, tourist's needs. A nice rooftop swimming pool and a gymnasium with treadmills etc.
