3.7/5Beautiful resort.. Big room as well the balcony with view on the pool. Bathtub was leaking and I could immediately switch rooms. Due lack of staff pool bar early closed.

4/5Very GoodIt was a good distance from the beach in fact across the road, right on beach road. The pool is lovely and so many different pools all around. I wanted to relax it was exactly what I needed. The taps in the bathroom and tiles were a bit rusted. I didn't mind too much. The breakfast was average what broke my hart was the tasteless bacon 🥓 which looked off. Otherwise it was a decent hotel, looked very oversized and abandoned reception area.

4/5Very GoodSpent 4 days here with my parter and our friend. The hotel and all the amenities were amazing, the swimming pools are all open and accessible whenever you like. When we arrived, the hotels air-conditioning to the whole resort broke and it was the middle of summer and very hot, but the staff were happy to accommodate us with 2 fans in our room, a refund of we choose to leave, or a free nights stay. At the end the heat was not bad in the rooms and ended up staying. By the 2nd day the aircon was up and running. If you are needing a break from the busy life of Patong beach, I recommend staying here

3.5/5Never ended up staying. Air conditioning was broken and two fans just could not help. However they did put us in another hotel and upgraded. Over all a positive experience. Others at the resort were just so angry and rude to the staff. Yes this could have been handled better. Like tell your customers up front that air con wasn’t working. Much anger could have been avoided. I hope the learn from this big mistake

Haven't found the right property yet?
Went to the hotel 2 hours before check in to ask for a pool view . They said the have a room and cleaning it . Went to my room 3 hours later was not a pool view . Then had to go back to the front desk. You always have to call them to come clean the room . When you eat at the hotel restaurant near the beach you have to pay for service fee plus more . I order food for 500 went to pay was 700. Haha
