Great hotel on the Patong beach within walking distance of Bangla road (15 minutes walk). The hotel rooms are very spacious, clean, nice and tidy. Amenities provided by the hotel are good. Breakfast has multiple varieties. The staff is also very helpful and courteous. Would like to stay again.

From the front desk, cleaning staffs and restaurant servers all did their best and made me and my wife feeling comfortable as we spent our wedding anniversary weekend there.
Location is very good with beach right in front, many souvenir shops, massage shop, drinking places and restaurants to try.
Room is a bit dated but it is big enough and clean for our stay. Breakfast options is good enough, from Thai, Chinese, Indian and Western to eat. Servers there were all helpful and cooks kept replenishing them dishes.
Pool were so full most times too, when in the room you can sometimes hear our neighbours if they moan loudly or closes the room doors.
Overall it is good place to stay and great for families.

Graceland resort is a beautiful resort and located in a good area close to Patong beach and shopping streets.
This is my third time staying in this hotel and definitely wont be the last because i love everything about this Resort.
To start with i appreciate their exceptional customer service from the reception, concierge, the baggage team, the cleaners they are all amazing. The team is always willing to listen when you have any concerns and they will do anything to ensure they help or sort any issues you may have.
My experience is always great with daily cleaning service n big thank you to Farsai(supa)who made sure our room was clean on daily basis last week and this week.
For the above i will always share or recommend to my friends/family to pick Graceland resort always.

Facilities a bit old, the room door couldn't close easily, always beeping (reminding not closed yet).
The location is great, easy to go to the beach. The service is fine.

The hotel is old and the atmosphere is bad. Breakfast isn’t great and the breakfast restaurant is old and furniture old too.
Hotel is very popular but i wouldn’t be back, Charm Resort next door is cheaper and looks better.
I would say for all people traveling with family to avoid Patong and stay in places like Kamala or Khao Lak that’s 1000 times better!

Location is easy access for us and my child like the pool and the kids club at the hotel and good breakfast too
Front of patong beach and weather is raining when we going on September 2024
