The resort is quite big and located across the street from Karon beach. Close to many shops and restaurants. Stayed in main hotel and rooms were clean and comfortable. Service staff are all very friendly. Only thing that could be improved for 5 star resort is speed of service as they are a bit slow, but this is just their way.

We had booked this hotel for the end of our 2 week anniversary holiday and the hotel was fantastic. The service, the amenities in the room, the breakfast everything was the best we had experienced in Thailand. The hotel application was also very cool, so we could communicate with the hotel representatives without having to go the lobby. The location was also very good, Karon beach was across the road and Kata beach was a half an hour walk. We definitely recommend it to everyone.

À few problems with water and wifi but it was handled very quickly. The staff are all very nice and attentive. Facilities and surroundings are great. The main pool with the bar is nice and clean. So is the second pool. Location is perfect: lots of restaurants around, easy to get a taxi, and the hotel is very quiet.

This hotel is AMAZING !
The rooms are super clean and spacious, mine had a very nice garden and sea view 😍 and it had all the amenities I needed including the iron (which is important to me)
I loved everything since the moment I walked in !
The garden and pools are beautiful and the staff are so helpful and friendly !
From the back of the hotel you are very close to the beach and from the reception you can walk a few minutes outside the parking lot and you have many 7 11 stores, restaurants, massage salons and fruit shops... everything is close to you.

Love the place here, I booked two room with seaview but ended up they upgraded up to a family suite with seaview, the sea view of Karon beach is stunning. The staffs there are very friendly and nice, if u need help just give them a call, they are more than willing to help. We had a very enjoyable stay there and hope that if I could travel to Phuket again, Paradox Resort will definitely be my choice to stay again !
The only cons is their breakfast selection is not as many, it’s more towards western style like eggs, breads&pastries , salad n cereal.

The reception staff was amazing when we arrived. After the first night we requested to change rooms because of the noise from the main road. They showed us two other options which worked perfectly for the rest of the stay. The rooms are super clean and well maintained. The room cleaners are amazing and really looked after the rooms even we didn’t request daily room cleaning.
