Stayed here for 3 nights with so many problems. First day, we have been assigned to the room with air conditioning blow to the head on the bed, asked the front officer to change the room, he said will check and will contact back. After 1.30 hours passed, no one rang back and we had to follow up 2 times . A staff said we couldn’t change the room because all room were fully booked and we had to wait for the next day. We resisted to change the room and finally one staff assisted us to arrange the room change!!
Second day, senior waiter and front officer informed differently for pool bar closure time at 5 pm so we missed out the last order and one staff said we could not order room service to eat at the pool and had to wait until 6 pm for another restaurant to open. While this condition was understood , the manager said we definitely could order room service to eat at the pool!!!!
Third day, we went out to Phuket Old Town around 10am and had already permit the green make up sign at the front of the room and had also told the front officer to ask the staff to clean the room and we would came back around noon. He said ok no problem. We finally came back to the room around 1pm with everything unchanged and uncleaned. The cleaning lady said no one told her to clean this room but front officer said he already told her but she couldn’t prioritized her work???!!!
Fourth day, checked out time around 11.40 with no help from hotel concierge as there was only 1 gentleman staff at the concierge.
Overall the hospitality of some hotel staffs were disappointed but the managers were willing to listen to problems we had. Hope some hotel staffs can be better improved in the future.
