We booked a garden view room, under the assumption that it would be at the beach front hotel (just looking to the garden rather than the beach). But once we arrived, we were told that our room was actually on the other building, which is not beach front (in has a street in between). They should clearly state this in the booking details.
Overall the amenities are very nice, but everything on the building that is on the beach front is better (even the breakfast). I think that it is misleading that they don’t clearly state that there are two different buildings, I think would have otherwise chosen another hotel.

All in all we had a very nice stay together with our 3 year old son. Room was ok, but a bit moist. There is a kids club as well as many other (pool) activities available for children, which was very important for us. It is a bit far away from the airport, but directly at the kata noi beach which is very nice and clean, sunset was amazing ☀️ we would recommend families with small children to stay at this hotel.

Great for families with children. A tonne of activities for kids, we didn’t have time to leave the resort for external tours. A bit far from the airport but has almost everything you need for kids. There are 5 restaurants but don’t have expectations for quality. Not sure if we’ll go back due to its location but definitely value for money. Rooms are spacious and clean. Unlimited water and beach towels. No complaints! Everyone had an awesome time.

The hotel room looked a bit old, but overall it had a very cozy vibe to it! Lots of swimming pools for people to relax and activities for people to choose from. Overall, it’s a great experience!

The resort is okay but a bit old. The elevator was not working so we had to climb the stairs to 6th floor. The service is friendly but slow. The location though is nice with the beach and lot of restaurants close by.

This is our second time returning back to the resort. My daughter totally loves the Kids Club. The staff there, Kai, and the other 2 Filipino staff (male and female) that we remember the last time we were there and they were really nice and took care of my daughter Indigo really well.
This time we got a bigger room and the room were really comfortable and enough for 4 of us. We loved that the resort is family friendly. The only thing that we hv to comment is we wish the breakfast would hv some different selection of food everyday and not the same everyday. It gets a little boring after awhile. Also there were ALOT of selection of carbs.
Other than that everything is great! Especially the staff, everyone were very helpful and very friendly and very welcoming and very very patient. We definitely will go back there again. Kudos to the staff at Kathatani Phuket Beach Resort!

I recently stayed at Katathani Phuket Beach Resort and overall had a pleasant experience. The room was clean and comfortable, and the amenities provided were excellent. However, I did encounter a few staff members who were not particularly friendly, which was a bit disappointing. Despite this, the majority of the staff were helpful and accommodating. I would still consider staying here again due to the quality of the room and amenities.
