Angsana Ho Tram

The room was lovely, the staff were incredibly accommodating and the check-in and shuttle service were all smooth. It’s only a shame that the food isn’t the best, but tolerable for a short stay.

It was my first time staying in Vietnam, and I chose Angsana Ho Tram — what a wonderful experience. The quality of the facilities and service at this price point is truly impressive. Every staff member I met was polite, attentive, and genuinely pleasant. Most of them speak English very well, so communication was never an issue. The room was exceptionally comfortable, and the food was delicious throughout my stay. I felt relaxed and well taken care of from start to finish. I’ll definitely come back — this has become my hotel in Vietnam.

The place is well maintained, with pleasant environment and high quality of service for all their guests.

Negative side: Nook restaurant located in the resort is extremely slow in serving food. First time went in the afternoon around 3pm, only few customers sitting in the restaurant but it took 40-50 mins for them to get my food ready. They told me it was due to the system broke down so the kitchen didn’t receive my order. The waiter told me she would give my kid an ice cream for compensation, but the result was that we waited another 10 mins for nothing coming up, so we decided to leave instead of wasting time here. Second time went there for dinner around 7pm, ordered some dishes and a bottle of water. It took them 20 mins to get one bottle of water for me. My 3 years old baby was so thirsty and tired, so started to cry. The end result was that our family had a very unpleasant dinner, which almost ruined our trip. Positive side: Kids cookies class was good. My 8 years old daughter loves it.

It's a 2.5h car ride from Ho Chi Minh but the benefit of this is that the skies are much clearer and the air less polluted. Service was good, massage was great and relaxing, facilities were clean. Food options and quality are what you might expect to have in Vietnam

We had a nice weekend get-away for the family in Angsana Ho Tram. We enjoyed both, their Professional set-up and service. The food-events at the weekend ("Vietnamese Street Food" evening on Friday & Sea Food Buffet Dinner on Sunday) were an additional plus. Also,our accommodations were nice and spacious.
