Spacious, clean and quiet room and toilet even though next to motorway and service station. Only an hour to North west London

Room was very dirty, does not deserve 3 stars. Breakfast was bland, not many options either.
Only positive thing is the restaurants available around the Hotel.

I couldn't attend as I had a serious car accident and was in hospital
I sent pictures of both the car and my injuries
They wouldn't even let me cancel and pay a cancellation charge

The location is pretty good if you have a car, as you can get to Cambridge in 15 min. Also there's a mini shopping center next door, so you'll be able to eat and do some shopping. The only point is that the swimming pool and gym shown in the photos simply don't exist! I would come back...

It's nice stay at Ramada hotel. Initially I was but worried as it was far from city. But stay was wonderful and amazing.
The staff was very friendly and helpful.
I would stay again there.
