I would like the property, however, this is not the first, or even second time that I am charged by the hotel, though it was prepaid via *******. Then - time consuming attempts to get it back !! Nulls all good

I prefer to stay at Hampton Inns. This one though is starting to show wear. Some carpet near the 4th floor elevator needs to be replaced. In our room, the shower head and doors need to be replaced as well.

We booked two rooms for our family and When we checked in we found some clothes in the closet staff shifted our room to another room and again we found dirty tissue in the drawer… and the other room we found glass 👓 under the table and coffee machines and headboard is very dusty… we complained at the same time but no action at all.…

We stayed here during the Christmas holidays and the property was in great shape, clean, and the breakfasts were superior. It is also located within 1/4 mile from a variety of shopping and dining options and the interstate 84 ramp is literally across the street from the property, making travel there or back very convenient. There is little highway noise as the hotel is a sufficient distance from the road.

Asked for a tub, got a shower. TV didn’t work, maintenance came and fixed it. Could not get internet, gave up. AC very loud. Bed uncomfortable, breakfast average. This is just an average stay at best.

Bed was too soft. Had to ask for towels. Were there for wedding and there was a lack of communication between bus and staff. Almost missed wedding.

There was no internet in the room even though the staff tried their hardest to get us connected it didn't work. They stated that they're the second and third floor is very iffy with service. Owning my own business I need to be connected to my customers at all times. The call button for the elevator did not work so they put a phone next to the elevator and we had to call down to the lobby so they can send the elevator upstairs. There was only 2 Bath towels for 2 people in the bathroom

Only thing was checked and had an appointment to run off too. Came back a few hours later and room keys did not work and another try did not work. I think they were reselling my room based on what a waiting man said. Later found out ******* had called me to say call hotel and hotel cancelled my room hotel was sold out hmmm???
