The room was very clean and comfortable. The service and hospitality at the front desk was also good. The lobby had a nice atmosphere and was a comfortable space. There was a cafe restaurant on the ground floor, and I ordered room service, which was also delicious and the service was good, so I was very satisfied.

I booked Ginger Pune pimpri because it's commitment to Eco friendly practices I just visited Ginger hotel and I was mesmerized to see their luxurious accommodation there staff behaviour is also good and I would love to visit again housekeeping Somnath is asset in this hotel his speaking skills excellent

It was nice stay .staff is very supportive and helpful .I must say thank you to ms. Chaitali and ms.ankita for their wonderful professional and smiley behaviour with guests . Those two ladies made my stay comfortable and beautiful.rooms are also good

We had a wonderful dining experience, thanks to the excellent service provided by Rajashekar & jai,sai krishna and chef dal Bohara . He was attentive, courteous, and made us feel truly welcomed. The food was absolutely delicious, and his friendly demeanour made the entire meal even more enjoyable. A big thank you to Rajashekar for making our visit so special

Was a wonderful stay at Ginger Pimpri. Sakshi from the reception was very helpful and kind. Perfect example of hospitality. All other staff were also very helpful. Rooms r perfect for a business trip. Would definitely come back again. Thank you very much.

Firstly & most important is the staff specially Sakshi Thorat is very helpful & cordial with the guests .....Very fast in solving the issues faced by the guest....Her soft spoken nature is very impressive.....also the Housekeeping & room service staff r v helpful .....I hv given 5 rating & recommend Ginger Hotel Pimpri for my fellow travellers & friends.....
