I will not stay there because of Laurenn L review. You should have refunded the money to Laurenn L. I was considering staying at this place but I read Laurenn L's review and I don't do business with a busines who capitalize on the negligence of their own business, or a technical mistake of the patron.

We stayed at Beeline over the Labor Day Weekend. What a charming place! The room was spotless, bed very comfy. Our room had a fireplace (not needed this time) and a jacuzzi tub. The deck, porch and downstairs living room were comfortable and inviting. Partick was a terrific host. His breakfasts were delicious and he was attentive to our every need. There are only 3 guest rooms, which made for sharing breakfasts and afternoon happy hours an extra treat. We'll definitely be back.

We were attending the Pine Strawberry Arts & Crafts Festival and rented a room at the Beeline Guest House this past weekend. It was amazing. Patrick greeted us when we arrived and took us on a tour of the house, which is beautiful. He asked us if we had any food allergies and told us what he planned on making for breakfast both days. He is an amazing cook and very hospitable. Patrick gave us several places in Pine and Strawberry to go for dinner and the ones we visited were very good. We stayed in the Juniper Room and it was a large room with beautiful furniture. At night we sat out on the back patio with views of the sunset. I can't wait to go back in July and this time we will be staying for 3 nights. Thank you Patrick for making our stay enjoyable. You and Bob are great host.

The room was large, clean and comfortable with excellent facilities and lots of little details which, to me, made it outstanding. The towels were so fluffy! The hosts were so helpful and gave me superb support in a time of need. Without them my onwards journey would have been severely delayed. They were also excellent guides to the rest of Pine.

I happened to get super lucky with Beeline Guest house. I was looking for short to long term stay and I found a home away from home. I met Cyndi and Vince first and felt that we would get along well, so far, so good! I'm in the extended stay portion of this great historical home and have been here since 7/24, I"m writing this 9/24. I love it here, they gave good advise on where to go hiking as well as dining and the incredible Herb Shop next door.

We booked two nights at Beeline Guest House last weekend. Our room was very spacious, comfortable, and clean. The jacuzzi tub in our suite was an added bonus! The property is large with views of nature and wildlife. The hosts Vince and Cyndi were very nice and helped us with recommendations for dining, antiquing, and exploring the Pine area. We walked to town twice a day and hiked the Pine Trail. We want to stay again during the Summer when it’s super hot in Phoenix.

If you are reading this review, please think twice before booking! We booked with the intention of having a great time in Pine, AZ but upon arrival Cyndi told us that no children were allowed on her property and made us leave after a long day of driving with a toddler. At the time of booking, the website did not state that CHIDLREN WERE NOT ALLOWED. She initially apologized for the confusion and told us that she would work on issuing a refund but shortly after she emailed us and told us she would not issue a refund because on 1 of her 3 welcome emails she stated that she did not host children. If this woman had any type of customer service skills, she would have issued a refund due to the INNACURATE information on her website. However, Cyndi took our money and ruined our weekend.
