The Retreat Ranch is a 4 Bedroom, 3 Bathroom home set on a spacious 1 acre lot. With nearly 3,000 square feet of indoor space, your group of up to 12 can spread out comfortably. Our home is located conveniently just down the road from historic Pinehurst and within walking distance to some local restaurants, yet completely tucked away on a private road on a fantastic secluded lot. Here are just some of our unique features of this stunning property: - Massive backyard with room to play, cook, eat, and relax - Large brick patio in the backyard with huge wood-burning fireplace - Updated bathrooms - Two wood-burning fireplaces inside, one for each level's main living area - Eight (8) total beds: 6 Queen, 2 Twin - Spectrum Gigabit Internet via a mesh network throughout the home and Spectrum streaming on all TVs - Several new furnishings and decor items - Large 6-seat hot tub - Large driveway with room for several vehicles We offer laundry detergent, a fully stocked kitchen including spices and pantry items, hand soap, shampoo/conditioner, body wash and toilet paper and paper towels to get you started. This home is meant to be a quiet escape to relax and get away from it all with your favorite family and/or friends. Village ordinances strictly enforce quiet hours from 10pm until 8am. Please be mindful of that if you choose to stay in our home. We do not allow events or parties of any kind. We have a STRICT maximum of 12 guests based on our septic and well capacity. Please, under no circumstances, can there be more than 12 guests in the home at a time.
