The food was great. My son and his football teammates stayed there for 4 days and enjoyed every moment. The view of the Alpes was beautiful. We enjoyed the few days in the Italian countryside.

hideous room presumably obtained from a warehouse. cold, with a warehouse-style aluminum door with drafts everywhere. at midnight the kitchen staff threw the glass bottles vehemently into the bin adjacent to the room, plus they chatted for a long time and seemed to have them practically inside.
check out: there was no one at the reception at about 06:45 and I had to violently knock on the sliding doors and after several minutes the cleaning lady came to open.

Stayed here with my sister and it was a lovely stay. Room was spacious and clean, and staff is really polite and helpful and the breakfast is varied and had a bit for everyone. We had to extend of one night, and the extension went smoothly as the staff at reception was very helpful I would come back here if I am back in the area as I enjoyed my stay.

We have spent the last week (unplanned) in this hotel due to an unforeseen issue with our travel home from a family holiday in Sestriere. The staff couldn’t have done more to make our time here enjoyable and I would highly recommend a stay if others are considering. The food is exceptional and there are plenty of other good restaurants in the vicinity if you fancy a change. Pinarolo and the surrounding area is also lovely. Special thanks to Sveva and Giada (and all the staff) for going ‘above and beyond’ 😊

Amazing and cordial staff. Arrived late (10pm or so) and they told me how to get to a dinner and avoid traffic congestion areas (by parking in 'fountain square')

Personale carinissimo e stanza molto pulita. Mancano solo delle piccole accortezze in camera ; Per esempio, c’è il bollitore per fare il thè ma non ho potuto usurlo perché non avevo la presa adatta.. La colazione non è da un quattro stelle insomma..
