1.定的“影院”主題，結果看電影需要vip你敢信！合著來“電影院”後還得自己出錢買會員才能看，免費的全是沒聽過的爛片子。點開還得等75秒的廣告，中途還插播廣告！
2入住前反覆説好的2點退房，12點30打電話勸13點前退，理論半天后發現他們自己搞錯了14點退。
