It's generally quiet, the room is clean, the KTV sound effects are good, and most of the staff are quite dedicated. However, the parent-child activities are not as good as expected. It's okay for children, but older children feel a little bored. The front desk is average and not enthusiastic. I had my period on the last day, and there was nothing to sell and no help was provided. I had to go down the mountain to buy it at the canteen. It's also funny.

瀑布房，風景還可以，也就這個風景了，其餘房裡環境衞生很一般，空調出風有股潮濕味，而且很小，住着不舒服，沙發還有那個地毯臟，2點可以辦入住，我們2點多到，房裡衞生還沒弄好，房門口等到3點10分才進去，就隨口一問可不可以我們退房也延遲1小時，當時那服務人員一開始就否定，最後説可以適當延遲一下怎麼怎麼的，好像很為難，還説我們本來也來得晚，暈，還有這種服務意識，我們作為客户不管幾點來，2點就是可以入住，你們衞生還沒弄好，讓別人等到3點多你還好説這些，一句抱歉的話都沒有，這是我覺得在哪都體會不到一個住宿的服務，然後第二天11點就退房了，因為就一個瀑布實在呆不下去，還有早餐很一般一般的那種，其餘就觀光車隨叫隨到，還行，叫送瓶水半小時，客户微信回覆意識比較差，有問題找他，他不解決客户問題，又要客户直接去羣裏説一次，那他服務什麼？真的底端！或者你一開始可以直接説有問題隨時羣裏面找他們解決問題，直接你不説，還要客户和你説下和羣裏説下，你不能轉答？不能去解決？那你一開始不説直接找羣裏解決任何事宜！總之這個服務和環境衞生和價格完全不匹配，在我們住這麼多地方中算差勁的，（以下圖片，有入住時間，還在搞衞生，暈）
