所處地理位置優越，到市內各處及主要景點都交通便利，房間面積合適，設施相對略舊，總體服務良好，商旅出差到平涼可作為首選。

酒店適合老年人住宿，不適合年輕人！空調加熱很慢噪音大。電視機也是毛爺爺時代的啥功能都沒！酒店停車場出口保安態度囂張跋扈！故意放桿子砸壞我的車！總之是非常差的一次入住體驗

出差史上住過最差的酒店，沒有之一，房間冷的要死，空調調到30度都沒有温度，早上8點多去吃早餐，餐廳告訴我沒有早餐了，盤子都洗完了。退房退了快一個小時退不清楚，要開發票，前台告訴我讓我先走，發票訊息留下，電子發票一會會就發我短訊上，等了一天沒等到發票，給前台打電話，第一次打過去人家就衹説了一句他開不了發票，就把我電話掛了，過了一會又打過去，前台很**的説他開不了發票，有本事税務局告去，然後就把我電話掛了！太垃圾了！

1，大廳很冷，工作人員效率太低，手法太慢太慢，工作狀態你們完全可以學習學習麗楓酒店和亞朵酒店，本身你們的定位就高一些，但是工作態度和熟練程度真的需要好好培訓，為森麼生意差不要總説經濟環境的問題，自身存在的問題找出來先貫徹下去。
2地理位置還挺好，在中心位置！
3，這兩天正好下雪，房間巨冷，空調開着也沒有反應。我們一共開了5間房，都温度很低。找了前台2次總説空調沒問題，還嘴硬。為什麼會這樣呢！
4，房間存在很多很多亂收費的現象，活生生的把定位如此高端的酒店變成了一個超市，一個小賣部！一瓶礦泉水5元，一瓶紅牛10元，一個刮鬍刀30元，我用了一下充電器15元，馬桶墊5元，等等等等…
…………，你們完全不知道顧客
的需求的感受，能住到這裏的遊客都不差錢，最起碼都是主力消費羣體，他們並不是消費不起，而是你們完全不懂消費者的需求，行走全國多年入住各種酒店，從來沒見過這麼安排事情的，就是喝10瓶水，都會馬上送到房間，而且還會非常客氣，你這個酒店做的收費事宜，還是20年前小旅館的行為，我是説咱們平涼落後呢，還是説酒店管理者不負責任呢。這是一瓶5塊錢水的問題嗎？請管理者馬上研究活下去的對策，不是低價引流，也不是亂收費。而是給入住旅客的體驗感真正提升！

紅泉不大創造神話，平涼紅泉大酒店刷新了我的三觀，我不知道他們是怎麼做到沒有優點全是缺點的，邀請新疆和寧夏的老闆們一行十一人過來開會，也怪我自己工作疏忽沒有實地看房，體驗簡直極差，設施破舊（衞生間嚴重反味，房間潮濕，洗漱台淋浴反人類設計），服務態度差，效率低下，我覺得老闆沒把房卡摔我臉上已經是最大的仁慈了，還什麼星級酒店簡直貽笑大方，我真心奉勸各位謹慎選擇，睡大街都比他們強。

酒店幾年前住過，還不錯！這次出差過來，服務態度極差，前台到餐廳服務人員，328的價格，礦泉水額外加一瓶，5元，去搶吧！
前台服務人員，説話跟欠她錢一樣，外賣也不讓送上樓，也沒有機器人送。
早餐的牛肉麪，麪居然提前煮好的，湯一放就可以了，請問，你們自己是這樣吃嗎？
也不知道酒店老闆咋想的，這樣下去，肯定倒閉！差評，以後再也不住了！
