The facilities are excellent; the room was fantastic, very quiet, and spotlessly clean. The bed was incredibly soft, making it hard to want to get up! The lady at the front desk was very gentle and thorough, explaining where all the hotel amenities were. The bellboy was also very thoughtful, helping us with our luggage and showing us to our room. It was a very pleasant stay—highly recommend!

The hotel room's heating system was stuck on, and the temperature was far too high at 31 degrees Celsius. I woke up multiple times during the night because of the heat. When I contacted the hotel in the morning, they were incredibly unhelpful. I was on the phone for 20 minutes, and no one came to the room to fix it; I actually had to go down to the front desk myself to ask someone to come up. On top of that, the lighting in the room was extremely dim, with only a few accent lights. I chose this hotel because of the Wyndham name, but it turned out to be the worst Wyndham property I've ever stayed at in terms of service and facilities.

The hotel's location near the station is very convenient for transportation. The facilities are comprehensive, although one of the three rooms we booked had a window that wasn't perfectly sealed. The breakfast selection was rich and varied, and the restaurant staff were warm and attentive. While the surrounding amenities are a bit lacking, we were very satisfied to find a Wyndham on Pingtan Island. Parking was also convenient and quick.

The room was quite clean. Since the entire hotel is oval-shaped, the rooms also have a curve with large windows. The service was okay; the front desk seemed a bit confused initially, but they sorted it out after I brought it to their attention. The surrounding environment isn't great, and there's no sea view. However, the service was good overall, and considering there aren't many branded luxury hotels on the island, this one is definitely worth staying at.

The Pingtan Wyndham Hotel is conveniently located next to the high-speed train station, about a 20-minute walk or a 3-minute taxi ride away. The hotel facilities are quite good, and the shower water pressure is excellent, making for a very comfortable experience. However, there's a slight issue with the shower door's seal, as water tends to leak outside the shower area. The engineering department should address this. The hotel is situated in a somewhat open area, so if you crack open a window, it can get quite windy. It's nice to open the window for a bit each day to let in some fresh air. It's currently the off-season, so there aren't many guests, but the breakfast selection is still quite rich. For dinner, you can easily take a taxi to the city center, which isn't far. The hotel staff are very friendly and responsive to requests.

The hotel environment is first-class, the service staff is warm and friendly, especially the Wyndham front desk butler Xiao Weng is very enthusiastic. He called before arriving at the hotel and added WeChat to introduce the attractions and hotel situation. He answered all our questions and met our needs in all aspects. The hotel is well-equipped and in good condition. It is very convenient to take a taxi from the hotel to various attractions. The farthest one is only half an hour. The hotel breakfast is rich in variety and good quality. The Chinese restaurant dishes are of high quality. I will come back to taste more in the future.
