Pingtung Hengchun Town Hotels

Overall our stay was great! This was our first time in Taiwan Kenting, we were looking for somewhere easy to go from Macau with nice holiday beach feel.  We used to go to Thailand but we wanted a change this time. Location wise it’s very convenient 2 mins walk to the night market where you have tons of food options, street stalls or restaurants wise. You have couples of 7 elevens, family mart, watsons all you need in case you forget to pack something.  There’s bus station “xiaowan” very convenient for sightseeing if you don’t rent a car. Pretty on time and big coaches very comfortable with AC. In terms of amenities, we thought the hotel could have more beach amenities, beach bar or restaurants would add a huge value for the hotel. Many families would stay all day by the beach if they have bar/restaurant. It was a shame its was closed… Also the sun lounges could be a bit more comfortable simply just add a thin cushions on top. And again would be great to have a bar for quick bite by the pool. Our room was the ground floor ones with Jacuzzi, it was a lovely touch since they don’t have bathtub in the bathroom. The little garden is a great touch for morning meditation. :) We also did a nighttime activity with the hotel by the beach to hunt crabs. It was a great activity and the staff did a great job explaining and helping out. Food wise, we had breakfast buffet in all 5 days, it was a big selection of food but not much variety. We had a lunch by lobby bar… but was not up to our taste unfortunately. There is much better options outside or hotel. Oh and they did a little decoration since it was my bday and offered a cheesecake to the room by a robot :). All in all it was a great experience hopefully they will step up the pool and beach area.

The room is quite big, the living room has a big sofa, the service is very good, we have more people, not enough hangers, and the homestay reflects, immediately sent us hangers, breakfast is not heavy, the parking area is large. But the pool is not big, the water level is about to the calf, you can take pictures and children to play in the water, swimming is not allowed. And people who are afraid of small insects may have to think carefully, and their friends who are afraid of small insects are scared every day. The overall is very good, because it is a single-family, so when playing with friends, I am not afraid of noisy others.

I haven't been to Youhuo for several years, and I found that the facilities and services are still the same as before, without any regression, which is great. However, during the Chinese New Year when the flu was so prevalent, during breakfast, a lot of people were walking around and picking up food without wearing masks, some were coughing, some were talking, and viruses were flying around in their saliva, which was really horrifying. Although the lockdown has been lifted now, if guests can be encouraged to wear masks when picking up food to ensure hygiene, I think people will feel more at ease to continue staying. Otherwise, people will be scared and dare not go there again. After all, there are so many accommodation options in Kenting, and the quality of the guests is also one of the reference options.

All facilities and equipment are good. The housekeeping is also clean. The location is good. The only thing is that the breakfast is a bit weak. I will stay again if I have a chance. The price for consecutive holidays is a bit expensive, but it is reasonable. It’s just that the price for children aged 6 is a bit high. It is recommended to stay on weekdays.

Clean and tidy, overall a good accommodation experience. But the sound insulation is not very good, the location is not very easy to find in the alley, do not use the map navigation of the trip, will be taken to a very strange place 😂 directly on the google map to search for the hotel name navigation is accurate.

The boss is kind and good to communicate, help us introduce a lot of parking/tourism/facilities information~ The room is clean and comfortable~ When we checked out, we lost the room card and paid a deposit of 500 yuan. After we went home, we found it and sent it back. The boss immediately refunded the deposit and felt the human touch of South Taiwan.

Very warm youth travel, the fatigue of the journey is washed up here. The rooms are fully equipped and convenient. I met a lot of friends here and helped me a lot. Today at the Kenting Holiday Hotel, the service staff was very helpful and helped us upgrade to a triple room. Because the triple room is relatively quiet, it will not be noisy. Thank you to the housekeeping staff, and the breakfast is also very delicious, and this During a trip to Kenting, we went to the Marine Life Museum and Longtanluan Ecological Park. Children loved the flying butterflies.

The owner of the B&B is kind and kind. He has two cats and two dogs. The dogs came to greet us, which is really cute. The room is very comfortable. There is a balcony where you can watch the moon and chat and enjoy the breeze. The bathroom is separated from wet and dry. The mattress is soft and very comfortable. The breakfast is delicious and nutritious. There are only a few residences next to the B&B. It is quite quiet. You don’t have to worry about parking. The style of the B&B is like a Mediterranean style. ,like very much
