設施：新開業的酒店，硬件有很不錯衞生：不錯，很乾凈環境：很安靜，民宿外面就是一條河，可以在河邊喝喝咖啡，散散步，烤烤火服務：服務很周到去九寨前一晚定的他家，感覺還不錯從九寨玩完回來又定了他家，挺滿意的。

酒店位置不錯，在涪江邊，古城牆也在旁邊，周邊是居民區，小吃店和飯店比較多，離報恩寺大概15分鐘。酒店有兩層樓配有電梯方便上下。早餐是簡餐品種不多。房間小而緊湊無異味。

非常好，位置就在河邊，臨古城牆，河堤集市，周圍吃的也多。房間本身也很好，很新，床品舒服，值得下次繼續入住。

房間安靜整潔，設施完善，床品舒適，旁邊可以停車，客棧有自己的咖啡廳，適合發呆，出門就是河邊，附近也有各種吃飯的場所，價格合適。

服務相當糟糕，一羣沒有任何酒店管理經驗的人，服務員也是沒有培訓過，服務員一問三不知，我們在他們酒店買了四瓶啤酒，我買的單，後來我老公退了一瓶啤酒，服務員告訴他，退款通過微信原路返回了。由於我沒在退酒現場，不知曉他退酒的事，我也沒收到任何退款，直到第二天退房離開了，我老公才問起我這事，我一臉茫然。其實一瓶啤酒錢不重要，衹是感覺他們工作態度有問題。其次就是早餐，明明已經滿房了，第二天的早餐不合理計劃，搞得就像在搶飯吃一樣，八點半去吃早餐，就啥都見底了，品種單一，分量嚴重不足。個人感受，僅供參考。
