位置在平武縣城相對城中心，貌似附近有個寺廟的景點，很近。
很標準的旅店，桌椅電視，都可以正常使用。
用的中央空調，風挺大挺涼快，不吵人。
唯獨就是調温度不太方便。
大體衞生還可以，扣細節就沒必要了，畢竟百來塊錢出頭。就是受潮情況比較厲害，地毯被子感覺都有點濕氣，空調開了兩三個小時稍微好點。
衞生間的門有點打馬桶，不曉得是不是所有房間都是這個情況？
前台溝通挺順暢的，辦理速度很快，沒有什麼拖泥帶水的過場。
酒店沒有早餐，但是前台説可以去領牛奶和麪包。
房間隔音效果，不算很好，但是基本上問題不大。
酒店門口有個比較小的院子，能停個四五台車的樣子，還算可以。
大體上沒有什麼雷，可以放心住。

這個酒店就在縣城裡，步行到報恩寺大概就5~10分鐘。樓下有很多吃的，逛街也很方便，交通便利。每次來平武我都是住在這裏。朋友出行或者家人出行都可以，因為他家的床鋪很大，帶小朋友的也可以一起住。

衞生間反味兒，電視機按鈕藍光關了燈直接照射到眼睛，空調聲音巨大，開了根本睡不着，然後我就關了空調，結果隔壁的空調聲也能聽見,窗簾很臟，地毯也能看出來很臟 ，這樣的環境整晚都沒有睡好

平武雲初酒店地裏位置比較好，吃飯購物都比較方便，酒店的設施比較好，前台服務人員熱情大方，下次有機會還會再來的。

酒店最大的優點是在老城區，離報恩寺近，吃飯方便。房間陳舊，設施老化，停車不便，房價還不低。但居然在整個縣城老城區還沒有更好的選擇。衹能將就住了。配圖是報恩寺，平武縣城唯一值得打卡的景點。
