This is the first time I came here for a business trip, staying at this hotel, I feel quite comfortable.
Tell old classmates about the past, and there are catering facilities nearby, which is convenient.

必須差評！首先，我是奔着維也納這個品牌訂的酒店，一直覺得是不錯的連鎖酒店，但沒想到這次直接顛覆我的印象！
1.酒店大堂有很大一股地下水道氣味。
2.所有電梯間都有一股臭味。
3.酒店地下停車場有很多柱子，停車很不好停。
這些我都覺得沒多大影響但是
4.房間正對樓下有個夜宵攤，一直有人吃夜宵，還大吵大鬧到凌晨兩點，我多次跟酒店前台溝通，前台説去交涉，但我也是等到凌晨三點，外面才安靜下來，已經沒辦法好好休息！
5.酒店沒有一個人為這個投訴向我道歉和解釋，唯一的説法就是一直以來都是這樣，也就是説那個夜宵店吵鬧是一直存在的。

太難受的一次住宿了！走道老長老長老長的！而且房間每次都給安排在走廊的盡頭，即使早來住店也是安排在盡頭！要走過至少45間甚至50間以上的房間才到頭！住了這麼多年的酒店第一次碰到這麼奇葩的事！拖個行李箱就象從地球南半球跑到北半球一樣，難受的要命！

酒店環境很好，房間裏有智能設備，房間也比較大。周圍算是比較安靜，前台服務員服務態度也挺好！
但七樓餐廳人員態度很不好！！！入住酒店的時候一樓前台服務員開了兩張早餐券給我們兩個大人，然後説小孩直接進去吃早餐就可以，結果第二天到七樓吃早餐的時候七樓的人員説小孩超過1.4米不給吃早餐，要求我們必須到一樓補買餐票，而且態度很不好！後來我們到一樓投訴餐廳，一樓服務員説是因為有兩個老闆不知道怎麼説，她説會反饋………最後不了了之！！！
