Toalhas e roupas de cama com mau cheiro, o que prejudica totalmente o conforto e faz duvidar da limpeza

Não foi feita a reposição de itens do banheiro (shampoo/sabonetes)
O elevador em um dias não estava funcionando, ocasionando tumulto no café da manhã e obrigando hóspedes a utilizar a escada mesmo para subir 12 andares, como no meu caso.
Ponto positivo: não havia barulho externo e nem da rua
