It was an excellent experience at hotel lemon trees Indore. All the staff was very cooperative and courteous. Your dining room team of Vaidehi, Neha, Prasanna Laxman, Yogesh board room team, reception team, all room service staff are just awesome

Best service . Good cleanliness. Good service . dining hall was with service to every person . Shef was best with taste dishes. Only one suggestion would like to give about the lift operating should be with our key card . We all friends enjoyed the stay .

Stay at the Lemon Tree hotel was very good, particularly the customer service. Staff was helpful and prompt. Sukhomoy and Ram took personal care of our needs. The room was comfortable and the amenities were very good and clean. The hotel experience was important for an unforgettable trip of Ujjain. We shall return to the hotel.

Awesome stay with great food. Staff is very professional. Breakfast is next level. The omelet was fab made by chef Aanchal Maheshwari Reception staff also very professional. Rooms are spacious and had all facilities. Evening Live music is a big addon for relaxation.

Receptionist was pathetic while checking in. But, restaurant staff was superb 👌🏻👍🏻 and have been very caring and service oriented throughout the time we were there in restaurant for breakfast. On the other hand, inspite of availability of room and on making request, the receptionist alloted me a room with twin bed for single occupancy. On requesting to provide a single bed, he denied rudely that we only provide twin beds for corporate booking. Super bad experience with that gentleman!! I Have been knowing this hotel since it used to be "President Planet" and this is the first time I faced this kind of behaviour.

Write your review, Neha and Prashanth are very good at the restaurant, so helpful made us comfortable and very servicing mind really appreciate both of them both of them know to interact with the customers. They help them in their local language as well.

Neha at the restaurant was very friendly and helpful with all we wanted, especially when we were in hurry and she packed our food quickly though we informed late, she was on time, very proactive, really appreciate her. We also appreciate Prashant.

Really good hotel. Breakfast menu was very good (banana shake must try). Chef Anchal is really co-operative and skillful. I appreciate all lemon tree staff for their dedication and good service. I tried Paneer paratha, Paneer pakoda and chole puri.

Excellent location, wonderful spacious clean rooms, soft spoken and helpful staff. Special appreciation for Prasanna at restaurant and Shubhomay at reception for best service. The hotel is with 3 kms from any tourist attractions. Area is safe even if you come late in the night.
