The pros: It is located close to every public amenity necessary to make your visit worth it. The Internet connection is good. The rooms are equipped with good facilities and very clean. I highly recommend this place and will rebook if I happen to visit again. The cons: Running these homes entirely remotely with only cleaners who do not speak a word of English is a big flop. I and other occupants had issues and had to reach out to admin in Germany for solution. Imagine the cleaner assigned me to a different room, then packed up my belongings to a storeroom including my groceries in the fridge, whereas I had 7am flight to catch the next morning. I got back to the apartment by 10pm to find out, the cleaners would only come once in a day, meaning no human contacts. Imagine the frenzy to recover my items and travel the next day. Till date, the company has refused to make any compensations.

I booked the single studio. It was the size of shoe box and not comfort as advertised. I spent 3 nights and slept none. There was a constant fan noise in the room, maybe from the boiler behind the bed or some other cause. The TV as others said did not have any local channels or channels other than some ad freeview, so you literally had nothing to do inside the room other than trying to sleep. There were facilities to cook but in practice the space was inadequate. The place is owned from a German limited company, managed remotely so it is impossible to find help if you need it. In addition without this being written on their ad, in order to check in you must upload your ID and a selfie. If you are data protection aware, this is unacceptable. There is not mention of having secure storage facilities for such data and what they do with it after you check out. If I haven't paid before hand I would have cancelled and found a more law abiding place. It makes me wonder if they pay tax in Greece at all. All in all I won't stay there again unless desperate.
