The 24-hour front desk offers excellent service. They have a free 24-hour fresh coffee machine, and the room size is just right, with a cozy color scheme. You can cook in the room, and there's a refrigerator available. The location near the train station is very convenient, with great amenities nearby. The price is reasonable, and I'd definitely consider staying here again next time I'm in Athens for a cruise.

How should I put it... the room was very spacious, good enough for an overnight stay, especially considering the price! It's right opposite the pier and also very close to the subway station. However, the wall behind the toilet in the bathroom was damaged, but the room otherwise felt newly renovated... I don't understand why. Also, when I checked in, a male front desk staff charged me a 10 euro city tax. Since it was already past midnight and I had an early flight the next morning, I didn't pay much attention. But after I got back, I noticed Ctrip stated the city tax was 5 euros?! Was I ripped off? And it's not a small amount either! I'm speechless... Anyway, for those planning to stay, please pay attention to this!!!

Friendly staff, they have a solution for every problem, the hotel is clean, and the rooms are tidy and attractive. If you stay for 3 or more weeks, you pay a deposit that you'll get back upon checkout. I had a very pleasant stay.

Very clean and spacious room. Staff were very friendly. Only thing it could be improved is the air-conditioning which guests should be able to control.

We were given a basement room which is big but no view and no bath towels. After our request, they changed the room to a classic room per our booking. Location is near the port and metro station.

The positives.. The hotel was ideal for a one night stay, prior to embarking on a cruise at Piraeus. The location was ideal, very near to the Metro, and the hotel provided a free transfer to the port (albeit in an electric golf buggy!) The hotel was very clean and the staff were excellent. The negatives.. The air conditioning was very poor, and, despite the room having its own digital control panel, the temperature and airflow was actually controlled by a master control panel at reception. This meant having to contact reception each time you wanted to change the temperature or fan speed. The other real down side was the breakfast.. It consisted of a cardboard box (that had to be collected from reception) which contained a myriad of (overly) sweet pastries, a tiny ham and tomato bun, a hard boiled egg and some other mysterious type of flapjack.. Not what we ere expecting! To be fare, if we were in Piraeus again we would use this hotel, but we would take the room only option!

Great hotel for an early ferry from Piraeus. We had originally booked a maisonette at the sister establishment, Gallery Suites but the attic bedroom was up a steep ladder without air con and bed too small for my 6 ft tall son, so they kindly transferred us to an interconnecting family suite at the hotel. Big clean rooms, nice modern bathroom and comfortable beds. Only downside was the blinds didn’t keep the sun out. Excellent breakfast with lots of homemade options was included in the rate we chose. I’d book here again. They can drop you at the ferry if you have big bags or limited mobility for free, with the on-site golf buggy on request. We didn’t need it but looked fun. They also recommended a great local restaurant that was open late. To Steki.
