De início o checkin é as 15h, tentei deixar as malas meio dia na portaria e não aceitaram, fila do checkin as 16h era enorme e muito lenta, sem falar no calor que faz na recepção. Ao entrar no quarto o ar condicionado não gelava nada, reclamei e falaram que nada podria ser feito, pensei até em dormir dentro do carro. Cerveja custa 17 reais e vem quente. Pizza é bem mediana custando mais de 70 reais, e eles tem um procedimento de reter o cartão em vários lugares da pousada, achei muito estranho. Único ponto positivo é o café da manhã, bem farto e variado

muita propaganda enganosa, sauna nao funciona, trilhas sem manutençao, cama desconfortavel,banheiros encardidos, equipe de limpeza deixa a desejar, so mascara a sujeira.preço do bar e restaurante carissimo.piscinas da area coberta nao estava aquecida,pintura velha e com muita sujidade,agua amarelada. apenas as pscinas da area nova que estava em boas condiçoes. Café da manha excelente. apartamentos proximos a rodovia muito barulhento. falta de gerador de energia , ficamos 2 dias sem energia, mais de 01 hora. matamos uma lacraia grande dentro do quarto , apartamento 319, que fica proximo a mata. Para finalizar tinhamos muitas espectativas quanto a qualidade do hotel, pois na propaganda dizia -se Resort, e nao cumple os requisitos para tal. Pensamos em voltar em pirinopolis mas nao ficaremos neste hotel.
