The room felt quite stuffy as there didn’t seem to be air conditioning. We could also hear some street noise from outside. One inconvenience was that there is a short section without a lift, so we had to carry our luggage up the stairs

I missed my plane! I was forced to book in available and closest to train station. O, God! I would never ever go to there. I have money, but a price is hyper exaggerated. I wouldn't believe in other than these three stars were gotten for bribery. I don't know a name that receptionist but that fat and bald man laughed at my situation with delayed plane. I only can wish him to die from a brain cancer on this week or more any other worst illness or better many such diseases. It wasn't everything. Also that human believed that my English is bad and explained me on fingers while it's my first language. I noticed that many Italians don't understand my accent. Why don't I have such situation in other European countries? Anyway, I could make this talking with a fat and bald man whom needed to hit in face but I try to be patient though I would make more worst. Let me speak on a room. A bed is impossible for lying and sleep. I hear noise everywhere: from the people on the streets, from the people inside of the hotel, from a fridge (a refrigerator for Europeans) which I wanted to shutdown it, I heard how pours water in tubes. Where was cleaning of tube in a shower last time? Where is shampoo because a liquid soapbox machine is an element for the first-star hotels? A cleaner didn't make his job properly because I detected many pieces of trash. I hadn't breakfast because I hadn't time and I wouldn't take it anywhere after boorish behavior toward me from the bald and fat receptionist who also doesn't know that ID isn't in the middle of a document but it's problem of all Italians as I noticed.

It is convenient that it requires only 3 minutes walk from the train station. Everything is nice.

It was a pleasant stay. The room was big enough for two people. The staff were very friendly.

Great location, walk from the station 5 mins. Nice place to sleep, the bathroom is very good and clean. everything’s value for money.
