Placed was clean, stayed only 1 night so it was fine. Great place if you want a place just to sleep.
Location was near pisa tower, just a few minutes walk only. Surrounding area was good to explore.
Moreover, the host was very nice and friendly.

I would say that the only positive point of this room is the fact that it is a 5-minute walk from the Tower of Pisa. We had the Poetry room. The desk in the room was completely rusty, in the bathroom there is no furniture to put our things. We had to take 2 chairs which were in the kitchen located next to our room. Cleanliness needs to be reviewed. However, the bedding was pretty good. The whole thing is a bit dated. It's enough for one night, but no more.

a real gem. Although the entire check-in system is automated, there is always a person available to answer the most diverse questions. the poetry room is comfortable with a large shower. quiet area a few steps from hospitals, universities and Piazza dei Miracoli. I will definitely be back!

We stayed in the Nicky room for New Year's Eve, acceptable quality and price. The owner (Michele) was very kind and helpful, apartment near the tower of Pisa and close to its best monuments. Recommended for short stays.

We stayed in the painting apartment for 1 night. The location is excellent, close to the center and the Tower, Piazza dei Miracoli. This is the only positive factor of this structure. Otherwise, the room was dirty, cold with the heaters off, the smell of mold and towels that were already found to be wet, no bidet. If you want to use the air conditioner as heating, dust from the 1900s comes out.... You enter with a numeric code but instead of investing in technology (so you don't have to go personally to check in and check out) it would be better to pay more attention to cleanliness and care for the room and invest in this sense. Terrible value for money. In the room, pay attention to the very high step that leads from the bedroom to the bathroom... very dangerous

Very comfortable stay. Apartment very close to the center (Piazza dei Miracoli, places to eat) and very close to the Santa Chiara hospital. The automatic check in and entry and exit system from the apartment is very useful in case of checking out during the night.
