Hotels in Pisa City Center, Pisa

Being a first time business traveller to Italy and Pisa ,it was a wonderful journey , the hotel receptionist can speak English , hence is easy for us to communicate with them . Pros : - Is a strategic location during the stay in Pisa , 15 min walk to leaning tower of Pisa . -Big applause to the receptionist Ms Tamara . She was very helpful , attentive and friendly during our stay at Grand Hotel Bonanno , she guide us to use the train from Pisa to Cinque terre, and lead us the direction to leaning tower of Pisa .The view of cinque terre was magnificent! -Other than that she helps us arrange taxi to airport and to my client office . - she was patient to answer all the request and question given by us . -The buffet breakfast was excellent , many selection of choice . Cons - there is no complimentary for mineral water during the stay . - the hotel was near to the railway station , hence you will easily hear the noise from outside however for me is fine with it . -the water heater can be improve . conclusion : If I ever come back again to Pisa, Italy , I will definitely choose this hotel again .

Very nice hotel, one minute walking from the tower. We could see the tower from our bedroom. The hotel is on a street with many restaurants, stores and supermarkets. It's near the train station too. Staff are very helpful, friendly and kind. In Pisa I recommend eating the steak. It was awesome.

Despite the room and the hotel itself looks old, the location is very great and it only takes you 3 minutes to get to the central station for airport transfer. The best thing here is the breakfast. There is a wide variety of food you can pick, and they all taste great, especially the dessert. Very impressive. Grazie mille.

The hotel is located in the heart of Keith Haring, near the train station and in front of the wall. The hotel is very comfortable and very comfortable. The room is the smallest in which I have been in all my life, literally bed and the right step to pass, but the bathroom was refurbished and everything was clean. The room facilities are average, there is no kettle, but another hotel near the Leaning Tower of Pisa has one. Just like the hotel in Siena, if you want hot water, you can boil a kettle immediately, and you have to go down and bring it up yourself. The service in Siena is more old-fashioned, and the front desk is very polite to bring up the white porcelain kettle and two matching porcelain cup trays. The location is close to the train station, and it only takes 15 minutes to walk to the airport. The air conditioner is broken, but fortunately it was warm that day and it was ignored. The room upstairs makes a lot of noise when walking at night. The room given is not very good, and it feels a bit different. Anyway, it's just a one-night stay. I didn't eat breakfast. Pisa is a good town, with a quiet and relaxing atmosphere.

It seems that the old building is being renovated. You need to turn the key yourself to lock the room door on either side. It is located very close to the Leaning Tower of Pisa, so there is no shortage of restaurants and souvenir shops. There is also a small chain supermarket a short walk away. If you are staying in Pisa, this is a highly recommended hotel.

The location of the hotel is fabulous and the room itself was beautiful. It’s amazing to step outside your room and see the tower right there! Unfortunately I found the staff at check in to be fairly rude and not very helpful; I felt like I was annoying him by checking in. I booked this hotel specifically because it has air conditioning but it didn’t work and since the hotel staff go home in the evening there was nobody to help and we were unable to sleep due to the heat. Even though the location was amazing I probably wouldn’t book here again.

The hotel is clean but very worn out and even in its heyday I can’t fathom how this was ever 4 stars. The bed spreads don’t appear to have been washed in ages, the bathrooms are tiny and you can barely fit through the door to enter the shower (and I’m thin!). Sound insulation is also terrible. They need a serious revamp.

Excellent service by receptionist Sylvia. The hotel is clean. The bed is comfortable. I was in the deep sleep so I don’t know if it’s noisy, The Location is great as we only went to Pisa tower once, which is 20 minutes walked. It’s literally in front of Pisa train station which will take you to Florence in less than an hour. I recommend NH hotel.

Excellent location which near Pisa central station. Staff were nice and helpful. Luggage’s storage service make us can walk around the city first.
