Location: The guesthouse is centrally located in Pitlochry, within a 5-minute walk of the main street, train station, shops, and restaurants.

Fantastic B&B, a warm friendly welcome with lots of advice given about the surrounding area. We were travelling with our 9 month old Labrador and she too was made to feel very welcome plus the ground floor room with direct access to the garden made life so much easier. The room was well thought out and the bed extremely comfortable plus delicious tasty breakfasts. Many thanks Helen and Mark

Just returned home from our three day break celebrating our Anniversary at this delightful B&B. We have been coming to Pitlochry for many, many years and were so pleased at finding this gem! Mark and Helen are the perfect hosts, welcoming us warmly and explaining everything about their beautiful establishment, nothing is too much trouble for them. Complimentary sherry/port and chocolate cake are very much appreciated and a lovely gesture in their lounge. Great selection of soft and alcoholic drinks are also available from their honesty bar which you can enjoy outside on the patio. You have a large choice of locally sourced produce to choose from at breakfast , all beautifully cooked and prepared by Helen ( they make a mean porridge) . Rooms are very tastefully furnished with everything you need, even a mini fridge and iron and iron board . Modern, spotlessly clean bathrooms with luxury toiletries and large fluffy towels were very welcome. Location is wonderful, just behind the Main Street, where you’ll find most of the shops and restaurants five minutes walk away. Would not hesitate to recommend this B&B and look forward to coming back next year. Thank you so much for a wonderful, relaxing stay, also our Anniversary drink .
