Not impressed. charged extra 20 to park. no breakfast included. rooms ok nothing special.

The window of the old hotel cannot be opened. It is already taking a shower. The shower gel and shampoo are actually locked? Then let the staff come to unlock and take a bath? Unimaginable hardship and stinginess. I didn't borrow an umbrella when it rained, and the attitude of the staff was average.

Management did not take care of a security issue until 2nd complaint. Was rude about when first told about it. Will not return being this is 2nd issue we have had with this hotel

Great location and nice lobby bar/restaurant. We had issues at check in being issued a key to a room which already had people in it. Our parking fee was taken off of our bill. We were very disappointed about the spa being closed and the pool heater was also broken. This is where we stay when we go to penguins games and hope that the issues are resolved soon!

Stayed here several times. But this time our room was not cleaned very well. Dried food and stained carpet. All other staff was excellent.

The whole staff was AMAZING!!!!! They were all very friendly and made us feel like family. Debbie, Shelia, and Mandy were so helpful in giving us directions and options for locations to visit. Definitely will stay there again.

Soap dispensers for shampoo, conditioner and body wash all empty. Blood stains on room floor. Noisy beds and uncomfortable.
