House has 3 bedrooms, 2 full bathrooms, enclosed/Screened back porch with POOL, boat dock. The master bedroom has a Queen size bed and private bathroom as well as private access to the screened pool. Flooring has been completely remodeled with Commercial grade wood plank laminated wood. Second bedroom has 2 bunk beds that sleeps 4 people. Third bedroom has a Queen size bed, all Mattresses are new. Large gourmet kitchen is fully equipped for your use. The rental includes access to boat ramp, 2 kayaks for your use, wi-fi,, electricity, water, cable TV, washer and dryer. NO SMOKING ALLOWED IN THE PROPERTY So bring your jet ski, boat, and enjoy all the different water sports permitted at the lake. Great fishing opportunity right from the Dock.
