The hotel has so much potential but lacks in amenities and services available like a proper fridge in the rooms, fast working AC and room service. But overall love the location, the comfortable mattresses and cleanliness of the rooms.

This was the most wonderful place I’ve ever stayed. My sisters stayed 3 nights for a girls trip and were so sad to leave the hotel. It was all around wonderful, from the amenities to the room features, to the front desk attendants. We will most definitely be returning! :)

Super nice property. New, modern decor, spacious rooms, very quiet and the beds are amazingly comfortable. Huge TV screen. Great staff as well!

First, the parking here is horrible. You can either pay $25 a day for valet or $22 a day for a parking garage. This parking garage is located behind the hotel. There is absolutely zero parking in front of the hotel for you to unload or anything. It is all valet and if you park there to unload you are blocking valet and while they told us we could park there for a few minutes, they didn't seem happy about it. So, we didn't bother them with that and parked a block behind the hotel to go check in. Desk staff was amazing. They were amazing the whole time. We check in and then go to the parking garage. We drive a Chevy trail boss. The parking area for a vehicle this height was limited to about 10 spaces which were all full of tiny vehicles that could have parked on the next level where the larger vehicles couldn't fit. We were forced to either park in a handicapped spot or a tow away zone. Luckily, I think they saw we had no other choice for a parking spot and we didn't get ticketed. Thank goodness because we had already paid our $50 for parking in this garage ($22 a night plus fees). Hindsight, we would have used valet. Now to the hotel. After inconveniently hauling our two days worth of luggage from the back of the hotel to the front because goodness forbid they put an entrance to the hotel in the back of the hotel for the parking garage-we made it inside. We relax in our room and then decide to clean up before we head out for a night on the town. No hot water. BEWARE!

The hotel itself was lovely. There is no place to pull up to the front to check in before checking in. Parking in a garage is not what I was expecting especially since the garage is not connected to the hotel so it was very inconvenient to come from the garage to the hotel with luggage.

There were a couple of things I would like to mention. First the smell of the hotel room, it smelt really old. Secondly, the use of the hot water. It took a few minutes for the hot water to get hot, and it wouldn't turn off. When you tried to turn off the hot water, it wouldnt turn off all the way. It was left dripping. You guys need to fix these issues.
