Do not listen to any negative reviews regarding this hotel. Just returned after 7 nights all inclusive. Had a wonderful holiday. Staff hard working and very friendly. Excellent variety of food and very tasty (especially the desserts).... never had a bad meal. Hotel kept immaculate and rooms cleaned every day. Modern rooms with very comfy beds. Nicely kept pool and pool area with plenty of sunbeds and umbrellas for all. Perfectly situated on the beach which was very relaxing to have an early evening drink on the bar terrace overlooking the beach. Perfect stay, would definitely return.

Poor all inclusive hotel Really not a 4* Food cold and not replenished Drinks poor Staff very unfriendly If you haven’t put a towel to reserve sun bed before 07:00 not much left with umbrellas, despite signs saying towels would be removed. Cleaners polite and cleaned rooms daily but left balcony door open once finished, not acceptable as we were ground floor. Safe in room was not screwed down so could have easily been taken. Bedding clean apart from pillows one was mouldy and other stained which was hidden by pillow protecters. This is my first review I have left regarding a hotel as I have never experienced an all inclusive like this ! No entertainment at all, and heard that it wasn’t season yet. Why open a hotel to visitors in June if we can’t have entertainment of any sort until there holiday season? The island is beautiful and if we went back it would definitely not be to this hotel but to a smaller complex and wouldn’t do all inclusive.

Nice hotel, clean rooms every day, very nice staff. Everything was good, excellent food, really great choice of everything. Good drinks at the bar. Considering that we were at the beginning of the season, I was surprised that there were no free sunbeds by the pool since morning. The beach was quite good.

We stayed at the hotel in May and June in 2024. The service was excellent, the rooms were cleaned every day, the reception staff was at the highest level and spoke many languages.In the all-inclusive option, there is a lot of food, a well-designed menu, and the waiters and the entire service in the restaurant are excellent. While relaxing at the swimming pool or in the evening, it was possible to use bars serving many alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks. We recommend it and thank you for a beautiful week in paradise.

I was on vacation with my family in May 2024. the hotel is clean, the rooms are cleaned every day, very nice and helpful staff (greetings to Mrs. Małgorzata). The swimming pool is very well adapted for children, there is a large sandy beach next to the hotel and it is close to the main street of Tsilivi. If children get bored of swimming in the pool or sea in front of the hotel, they can use the playground. I recommend

is a lovely hotel in a great location. Our room was spacious and clean, the pool area and communal areas were also kept very clean by very hard working staff. After reading some reviews we were a bit wary of the all inclusive buffet but we were very pleasantly surprised! There was a great range of food for all meals, including cooked items like bacon, eggs in various forms and local sausage for breakfast, not to mention fresh pancakes! And for lunch and dinner there was a mix of traditional Greek dishes, a grill, two pasta sauces with at least one being vegetarian, vegetables, salads, etc, and a range of desserts The food was never cold, sometimes it was only warm and not steaming hot, but, having been to a multitude of European holiday destinations, I think that is the norm as even in top class restaurants the food is only warm and not steaming hot. The only reasons I am not giving it 5/5 is because it mentions evening entertainment, but when we were there for 7 nights there was only entertainment for two nights. One an organised so was okay but mainly played Greek tunes without any singing and all started to sound the same after a while, and the other a Greek night which was very entertaining. It would have been nice to have had something on for a few more evenings.

The hotel is lovely. Located on the beach and a few minutes walk from the town. The beach is great and the seabed goes out for ages before it gets deep, great for children. The staff are very polite and friendly. The food is great, quite a choice on the Buffet of an evening including fish options and grilled options. The rooms are ample for two people. Our bathroom had a great shower. There are two pools, one aimed at families and one for swimmers. Plenty of sun beds available throughout the day. The only downside is the evenings where there is little entertainment, one Greek night which was great and one night of an organist, luckily we had a pack of cards. Overall a really lovely stay.

This hotel is great location food very good staff friendly but in the evening its terrible its as if they make it so bad that you have to go elsewhere to find enjoyment in this i would not return greece is very expensive so if you have to go out its alot of extra money to take when on all inclusive thats not good.

Let’s start with the pros of the generally great hotel. It’s a big and open resort with two main pools very very close to the beach. The facilities are very good; pools, gym, reception, beds, snack bar, restaurant and massage place. All fantastic. Staff are incredibly friendly and the rooms were absolutely lovely. (We had a balcony on the top floor overlooking the pool) The location was perfect. Right on the beach and just a few minutes walk to the *****. Definitely more of a family resort than party town. If you want a classic sun/beach resort holiday in Zakynthos then this place is perfect. Why it doesn’t get 5/5… My partner is vegan and so naturally required different meals during the day. We took the all inclusive option on the basis we could request vegan meals to be made on the day. Something we were told on the phone and at reception. Come dinner time we asked for vegan options only to be told wait until tomorrow. The next night…the same thing. “I’ve told the chef but you might have to wait until tomorrow”. It was disappointing to not get this request fulfilled. Thus Tsilivi Beach misses out on 5/5 from us. On the whole, we had a fantastic stay at the hotel and made use of the lovely amenities. But for the lack of vegan options we would absolutely be back!
