The service was really poor. The front desk staff acted as if they had a grudge against guests. Maybe she was having a bad day at work, but I hope she can treat people normally. The hotel facilities are average, and the location is okay, but this level of service really damages Marriott's reputation.

Services are quite good with manager very helpful regarding asistance needs, brought in a microwave as the Keurig coffee machine is rather limited in making enough boiling water for tea, a water boiler would be helpful for tea drinkers who need it. Rooms are somewhat in bad shape (very beaten up chair with leather peeling off, very ugly for a 4-stars hotel) and room was not made the next day (clean up as expected), but manager has been helpful in getting extra towels, coffe pods and that microwave.
