I am in Plattsburgh a few times a year and I always stay here. The place is clean. It's very affordable and the staff are always very friendly.

The hotel is clean and have been renovated. The employees are great, and the sheets are soft. But in our stay there wasnt any towel in at the pool, and we went for breakfast at 8 and there was barely any food left, and they didn’t make more even tho the breakfast end at 9. There was no eggs no pancake, only toast and sausage. It was a sad breakfast

we had 2 rooms reserved. Arrived at 3:15. Room 1 available at 5:30, 2nd at 7pm. Many other guests still waiting for room turnover.
Breakfast service could not keep up with guests.
Beautiful new or remodeled building BUT...

Receptionist had a bit of a language barrier and didn’t quite understand what we were telling her. The hotel had a bit of a sewage smell. Worst of all the swimming pool area was completely unattended. The water in the pool was really cold.There was also a dirty diaper left in the pool area.

On the positive side the beds were very comfortable and the room was clean. On the negative side, there was. Strange thumping noise that sounded like the pipes. This was quite loud at least 7 separate times. The fixtures in the bathroom were all loose, with the towel bar being so much so that it fell down. The Breakfast was quite a let down as it was not up to what we got from Holiday Inn on previous stays. The eggs were very cold as was the sausage. Cinnamon rolls were doughy. French toast was cold. We will not betraying at this particular Holiday Inn again.

Great new hotel with easy access from highway. Inside all is done with great taste new clean. Rooms are large quiet with nice bed sheets the bathroom is modern.

It was nice but the hotel room was dirty the was a smell in the fridge in the room and the showers doors was not clean at all and the bed rest was full of stains not clean at all we will not go back to this hotel I like a hotel clean and not dirty. Thank you
