H10 Lanzarote Princess

The H10 Lanzarote Princess is well situated in the picturesque town of Playa Blanca on the south of the island. The location could only be improved by transplanting it across the road just that bit closer to the beach. But that would be being picky. The LP enjoys a fine aspect and is ideally situated for exploring the locality. This is a very comfortable place to stay, it is clean and bright, well spread out with lovely well maintained gardens around the grounds in general and the pool area. There are plenty of sunbeds poolside. This does not, sadly, deter those among us who feel the need to be up at the crack of dawn to place their towels on loungers, before taking up occupancy several hours later. Such is life, what can you do? Regarding food at the LP, I think to be fair you also have to be realistic. This IS mass catering. All food (aside from an Italian Restaurant and a Japanese Restaurant within the LP) is self service buffet style. There is no shortage of food and many choices are available. This can lead to having a right concoction of foods that have no business being together on the same plate - it's your choice! We were happy. Breakfast being our favourite meal of the day. We slept well. Couldn't hear a peep from our neighbouring rooms. We stayed in room 1064 with a balcony view over the Cactus Restaurant and pool area. The room was spacious, having TV, coffee / tea making facility, phone, and safe for valuables. The staff are friendly and efficient, they are worked hard at mealtimes which can be busy at peak times. Our only mistake? We regret not staying longer. Wish we had 10 days or even two weeks. Thoroughly recommend the H10 Lanzarote Princess

Have stayed at the H10 Lanzarote Princess many times. Never disappoints, Staff, Food, Rooms, all fab. The hotel is going through some upgrades, but that did not spoil the stay. Staff fulfils all your requests, food is buffet and there is a wide choice to choose from. Rooms are large, beds are comfortable, bathrooms are big with all facilities. There is top end entertainment over two bars every night, so if you are happy staying in, there is no need to explore all the restaurant bars' music venues, but that would be a mistake. Playa Blanca has loads to offer, and the hotel is close enough to walk to all amenities. If you are looking for a hotel for your partner or with the kids, this is the hotel for you.

Another hotel which needs some investment, great location near Dorado beach excellent for children. A 10 minute walk into Playa Blanca. Back to the hotel, beds uncomfortable, probably better to sleep on the floor 😆. Rooms needed to touching up decorating wise. There is plenty of choice of food in the buffet but not what I would like to eat, some strange combinations . Plenty of sun beds , mostly reserved by towels, even though it's forbidden, very frustrating towels everywhere but no people, bums reserve sun beds not towel's. H 10 have some great hotels in their range , unfortunately this is starting to slide down the rankings in my opinion. There are a few brand newish hotels nearby,H10 needs to spend some money on their hotels in Playa Blanca to keep pace.

A spotlessly clean and welcoming hotel . Great location, great staff and great food. They gave us everything we requested in our booking. All staff were extremely helpful. The location was perfect both my husband and I have mobility issues but the hotel grounds were not only beautifully kept but flat. The promenade was 5 mins walk from the garden gate with the beach just beyond that. A lovely flat walk in both directions with cafe,s and bars along the way. The food was excellent. Good quality and variety. The icing on the cake for us was the heated covered pool in the garden. You could sit outside the pool and enjoy the sea views. Everywhere in Playa Blanca was clean and pretty. All so good we will be back.

Stayed here with my 5 year old daughter in April Easter holidays. The staff are so helpful, can’t fault them! The food is wonderful, fresh, tasty and in abundance! Big thank you goes to the daisy club team, this team work so hard entertaining the children with arts and crafts, games and dance routines all the way through to the evening disco at 8pm every night. I am a parent who is always nervous leaving my child in any kids club, but I didn’t need to be nervous here; Andreas, Virginia, and Diana were all so gentle and vigilant with the children, we were very sad to say goodbye. Thank you to all the staff you are doing an incredible job!

Amazing hotel, could not fault it in any way. Would definitely return. 😁 Close to beach, harbour and marina. Lots to do and was a very relaxing holiday. Couldn’t fault the food choice in the hotel restaurant and all staff were very helpful. Overall a 10/10 for us

We were very disappointed with this hotel. It was supposed to be 4star and was part of the jet2 luxe collection. We had the All Inclusive option. We arrived just after 3, so we were too late for lunch but were told we could have food and drinks at the Cactus bar. We opted for pizza and maybe a beer. The pizza was cold and only half cooked, the beer pump was broken so we were offered soft drinks or water. We were not told we could have alcoholic drinks at the pool bar. On arrival we tried to book the Italian restaurant which was part of our deal but it was fully booked till after we came home. We had dinner the first night in the buffet. Apart from seafood there was not a lot of choice. We thought maybe pasta as there was a pasta station with sauce on it, but no pasta. This was not replenished the whole time we were there. We tried lunch the next day and it was as bad. Breakfast was slightly better but not by much. The staff seemed very disorganised and often left the tables with dirty dishes and even with them cleared they were never properly reset. The staff often walked in front of guests who were carrying food to their tables, often while themselves carrying dishes or pushing trolleys of food. The room was also disappointing. We had to ask 3 times to get hot water in the wash hand basin. The floor tiles were cracked. We had to ask for clean glasses. The shower screen was patched up. My last clean towel was disgusting. The beds moved when we rolled over. We had a busy day out and decided to have a siesta only to be wakened by painters sanding the walls in the next room. In my opinion this hotel is in need of a complete revamp, and staff trained to make sure paying guests have a safe and comfortable stay. The location was fabulous!

Hotel was very clean, check in simple all staff I had dealings with were really nice, only down was very busy at breakfast but would not put me off coming back 👍 Location is +10 only a short walk to everywhere, hotel is more family based but we were fine as the kids were not running around wild.

Great hotel for family groups, spotlessly clean, comfortable rooms, excellent location, good quality food and nice variety. Friendly staff and nice lounging and poolside areas. There are several different areas inside to relax during the day and in the evening and the bar and entertainment areas are comfortable and friendly. The indoor pool Is warm for kids and outdoor pool is not heated but very nice once you’re in a few moments. Altogether a very nice relaxing place to stay.
